about the project

The project consists of 2 new independent and separate houses. Each house has independent parking, backyard and each with a private swimming pool. The project is situated only 100 meters from the picturesque harbor of Aliki. Each house has direct view to the sea from the upper floor.

The primary design goal was to build a home that is in harmony with the landscape influenced by the elements of the Cycladic architecture, with clean and simple geometric lines that take full advantage of the views around it and satisfy the owner’s modern functional and esthetic requirements.

The inside and outside sitting areas are designed to allow unobstructed views of the surroundings. The pergolas play an extremely important role for the ventilation on both levels.

The house is arranged on 2 levels. The bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen were designed on the upper floor which allow for beautiful view to the sea. In addition each unit has a basement and a sitting area on the rooftop terrace.

The project is designed to host family and friends comfortably for unforgettable memories.
