The Proposed Villa for Mr. AL Hammadi is located in the heart of ABuDhabi at the corcniche area.The Client porvided the freedom of design and support the ideas discussd at the desing stage.The total Area of the villa is 980sq.m and it consist of 8 bedroom with dining and majlis.The prposed design maintains the modern aesthetic value and the usage of stone gives it a lavish envelope It is a two-storey villa with a roof top terrace. The first floor is mostly open-plan, combining dining room, living room and kitchen. Just the laun-dry and the toilet are enclosed by walls. On the second floor, there are tivo bedroomswith two bathrooms.Symmetrical plan was used in many parts of the design It was important for us to create a coherent and tight design style, so we defined a palette of colors and materials that is repeated in the carpentry items, finishing materials, lighting and furiture.

The proposed plot has to follow the Permanent worker residential city Development Guidelines to achieve a high quality standard of worker’s accommodation in the UAE.The site Ares is : 22,896.17 Sqm. The Project is designed to accommodate 2000.00 persons. The accommodation is designed for 2 occupant’s categories:Workers Block.Technicians Block. Maximum floors proposed (Ground+4 Floors).The facility includes the following:Facilities Building includes a Hyper market, Food court, Kitchen, Dining, prayer hall clinic, office space, Supervisors rooms and Visitors rooms.Supervisors rooms proposed at the 3rd floor to accommodate 20 numbers.Visitors rooms is designated for the guest arriving at the facility as well as delegations.

The modern design of the building is an extraordinary composition of architetcural element to maintain the aesthetics of the faciltiy, the client had a wonderful responce to the idea and proejct is under construction stage.

The Ground+5 tower is loacted in Abudhabi having an area of 4176sq.m the ground floor consists of reatil shops. Each floor having 8 appartments incluidng studios and 1 bedroom hall.The design of the tower is inspired by the Arabic arcietcture conatining arches and jali works in a way that emaphasise the overall view of the building. The architecture of the building made it quite an eye catcher.The twin tower is eaxctly the mirror of eachother.
The Arch and jali design creates a tradittional aroma arround the building which provides the residents a feel of comfort and relaxtion and the standards considered in the desing give a luuxry living experince.
All the required standards have been followwed during the design phase to accomodate the authority apporvals and currrently the building is in construction stage.

Client requested to create a modern design for the admin block considering the glazing to be added to utlizie the natural light inside the faciltiy as much as possible.the Basic idea was to maintain a natural enviroment inside the building and in the meantime maintaning the aeshtictc value of the building. Aluminium box cutting louvers with wooden texture over it utilised as a facade to enhacne the fromntelevation of the building.Sandwhich panel 75mm thick over the roof have beedn used and sandwhich panel of 50 mm thick on the walls to mainatain the u value of 0.3 as per estidama requirements.

Glove Factory Kizad UAE
AD Ports has secured land at KIZAD KHIA4-14A for the purpose of converting the existing facility to a glove factory. This company will be involved in the manufacturing of the Hand Gloves and distribution in UAE.This facility is located on plot KHIA4-14A having an area of 20,073.50 Square meters of which 2517.34 square meters of area will be used for the Glove Manufacturing Unit and the rest will be for future use.Modifications as per the manufacturing process will be required within the existing building. The overall modifications & Additions will be as follows:Conversion of Building 01 to Glove Factory.Internal Modifications and Addition of Ancillary Rooms.Extension in the existing substation.

In order to facilitate industrial development in Kizad and supply of NG users who are not connected to physical NG infrastructure, both AD Ports and CEG have agreed that CEG will develop a Virtual Gas Pipeline which will allow for gas transport without a physical pipeline network and infrastructure.CEG has agreed to build own, and operate a world class modular Virtual Gas Pipeline to start serving industries in Kizad who have no connection to a physical NG pipeline or network by September 2021, and AD Ports has agreed to supply gas to CEG to enable the development of the Virtual Gas Pipeline.The total Area of the site is 35000 sqm and its loated in kIZAD at 35 km east of Abudhabi.

The Etisalat Cafe in Duabi recently went through a complete transformation with the help of Capital Engineering. The interior is fresh, stylish and welcoming. The objective was to creaté a comfortable and casual interior keeping the existing furniture as it is having in mind the environmental concems and consideration to sustainability The overall look Is elegant yet relaxed. The green wall is inspired by brand color which stands out as a major desion element. The combination of porceilan flooring, elegant wallpaper pattern, the bold and unique furniture language and the ceiling rafters with wooden finish- Just Beautiful! It is an ambience with a beautifully crafted design that creates a visual feast. We were working with our clients to design not just beautiful spaces, but environments that have meaning or connections, be that an emotional connection with the consumer, or to the food, the brand’s personality etc It is about the curation of the whole experience space to reflect true craftsmanship and balance within their visual aesthetic. The experience factor will remain a key component when designing a space, however the need to create these “instagrammable moments” will slowty defuse with consumers seeking environment that are more authentic and individual.

Black has its own beauty and charisma. The use of materials like marble, silk and matte finishes adds a gothic touch to this bedroom. When the lighting hits at the right spot, it highlights the black colour’s beauty even more. There is a strong chance that the room will become too dark and affect visibility, making the lighting part crucial, also making the aesthetic really classy. Usually, it is better to have a singular dark colour with a dark theme to carry the theme through. Using different textures and materials keeps the design from becoming monotonous. Wood is a natural material that you can use to incorporate textures of brown. It was important for us to create a coherent and tight design style, so we defined a palette of colors and materials that is repeated in the carpentry items, finishing materials, lighting and furiture: maple wood, white and blue, wood veneers with color touches.The main concept was to create a minimalist atmosphere mainly using light coloured wood and white-painted walls. There is only one element which was chosen to have a bright-blue color, the fabrications.In terms of interior design, the proposal is accomplished by punctual inter ventions, by moments, with the intention of generating identity for each space. The wow factor is the perfect blend of furniture, colour, lighting and the creative use of materials itself. The warm feel of the space is achieved through the kind of wood, white wall finishes, the flooring and the un complicated furniture language.In terms of materials, a set of formal explorations were done. The Area certainly clutches these perfect union of all the cozy elements and it was everything the client had dreamt of.
