Design Brief

London is a very polluted city with a lot of buildings and little greenery, which has an influence on global warming. For this reason, I made the decision to build an environmentally friendly hotel since there are many tourists that come to this city every day and I want to give them the impression that they are somewhere else.

An eco hotel, also known as a green hotel, is a lodging that is committed to environmental sustainability and has undertaken significant structural environmental changes to lessen its impact on the environment. This project will not only affect its site but also the neighbourhood in which it is located.

In order to draw customers in, I want to give off the impression that each guest has their own private space where they may rest.

• Main style must be modern and contemporary

• The main theme of the overall site must be natural and organic

• Atmosphere must be light and airy

• There must be a café, gift shop and various communal spaces
