Both of them faced at the same material. The part above the 9th floor is totally different with a different color and material. It is the highest building in this area. You can see this part of building from all points of view in this area and it creates a composition with five high-rising buildings located in this area. To open the view large windows with different distance between them and size were used. Also balconies with glass balustrade system were used there.

«Sochi — On Foot» his is a pilot project of the sociocultural program «Pedestrian City», directed to the creation of a public transport system and pedestrian routes in the city of Sochi. Active construction in recent years in Sochi radically changed the scale of the urban environment. The new status of the city is in dire need of transformation of the pedestrian framework - yards, sidewalks, squares, parks - the most important components of any city and resort in particular.

For this reason we want to create an analytically oriented project platform in Sochi, - to enable young and initiative professionals in the field of urban studies to rethink and improve the pedestrian network and public areas of the city. Goals and objectives 1. Creation of comfortable pedestrian environment and to update public urban areas: both for guests and local residents. 2. Educative experience for the students, young architects and local residents in rethinking and reconstructing the existing urban landscapes into a network of urban living spaces. 3.Creation of a territory for an internationally intellectual and cultural communication, and collective understanding of the nature of environmental development features of Sochi.

urban settlement As an example of settlement I have used a small town of Workers’ colonies in Germany. (Krup starts in 1861/62 with terraced houses for workers in Bergstrasse, then Cronenberg in 1872/74 and Housing Foundation MargarethenhÜhe in 1913). Every its alleyway is spacial. All of them are unique and different from each other. There are squares and green zones on the crosses of the alleyways. Also there is one maine square in the town. People use it as a place for meetings. There is local market, church, post office and a municipality. This is a cosy town known for its considered communications and smart location of different parts of the town. Institute draft projecting design was to plan an urban settlement which should be located on the uninhabited territory next to river Ugra. On a former field the concept of the project

secondary school building in Yaroslavl K. Malevich is a great Russian pioneer of a new trend in art, he created a number of brilliant works. His picture ÂŤMovementÂť has become the basis of my project of a secondary school building in Yaroslavl. The square area of the building site is 1000 m2, which provides a lot of space, making it Kazimir Malevich

possible to place classrooms and laboratories in completely different parts of the building. Constant change of environment has a positive effect on the development of children, stimulates their view of reality and perception of the world. Spacious recreation

areas let children not only have a rest between classes, but also play sports in special zones. Every class in primary school has its own classrooms with a mini-garden (an area outside the classroom), where children can practice gardening, learn about the protection of environment and study biology. There is a swimming pool and a gym in the school building. Each area has its own geometrical shape. The hall is a circle. The swimming pool and the gym are triangular. Classroom is square. The figures are connected by long rectangles - recreation areas.

Museum of Modern Art Art cannot be contemporary, because it exists beyond the limits of time. The concept of the project is a new approach to human life. The principal front resembles a picture in a frame. It displays two whole brick walls and a portal going upwards, while the door itself (the entrance to the museum) remains unseen. The entrance is a dead end and only after walking to the farthest wall of the dead end, you see the door leading inside, which symbolizes contemporary ideas about modern art. It is a utopia, a dead end, but

eventually it is also a way out, a door to the new future, you just need to see it. The museum itself has two floors. There are no stairs, only a ramp leading visitors from exposition to exposition and makes the venue accessible to people with disabilities. Modern architectural illumination makes the simple shape of the facade unusual and colorful at nighttime. The interior is made of environmentally-friendly concrete. The roof is equipped with solar batteries generating energy for lightening the whole building. The side facade is made of transparent concrete decorated with stained glass windows, that allows us to use daylight in the exposition rooms to the best advantage.
