France Director, my goal is, with all the store teams and collaborators, to make our customers satisfied by offering them a fashion, fun and WOW experience! This must allow us to increase our turnover, our margin and, with a good managemen of our costs, our profitability. I am personally in charge of the stores maangement support, the merchandising and the development of new stores! Our goal: to become the leader in the children clothing industry in France!
Things that you love at TAO I’ve been working at TAO for 13 years now, and like many of people in the company, I had the chance to grow up with it. What I do love the most are our values: Passion, Performance, Accessibility, Optimism, Commitment and Daring! I enjoy everyday at work being myself and that’s what is the most important I think to blossom! TAO makes also its collaborators growing up and I am one of its example: I started from the Regional, then the Development, Stores Management and now Director of France. Finally, TAO is a crazy, fashion, fun and accessible product! Customers enjoy! And I love that too!

1. Take a piece of a golden colored textile (or in the orange tones) and a silver colored textile (or in the pink tones). 2. Place yourself to the daylight and face to a mirror, hold the textiles near your face. Place-toi face à la lumière du jour et devant un miroir, tiens le textile à coté de ton visage. When you have removed your makeup, you can observe which color fits you the most. Generally, it is obvious. You don’t need to work in the fashion industry to judge it.
In conclusion, if the golden/orange fits you the better, you belong to the warm tones. If the silver/pink wins, you are in the cool tones family! If you cannot take a decision, look at the color of your veines: if they tend toward yellow, chose the warm tones, if it is more green, chose the cool tones :) Then, if you still have doubts: if you easily tan, you are in the warm tones, and if you have difficulties to tan, you are in the cool tones.

During summer your skin is golden and you tan easily. . Your eyes ___ There is no pre-defined color. But blue, green or light turquoise eyes are the msot seen.
