Your job Hello, most of the teams here know me as the «Miss Customer Service». It’s almost that... ! In my daily life, besides finishing my Master degree in june, I try to represent an premium customer service for the stores whether it be on the loyalty or on customers ligitation. Being a part of the Social Business section, I animate the customers’ community of the Family Lab: products testing, co-creation and customers events are organized ! The things that you love at TAO There is not only one thing that I love, but 3 ! 1/ Spread my smile and my energy to the teams by phone, or even with my colleagues. 2/ Working in a rush, when all the team is also in a rush ! 3/ The little glass of red wine (a good chilean one!) during the after work after a great and complete TAO day. The Must-Have of your dressing Hmm, I would say THE pair of earings that can make your outfit by its own. And I would also say: the pair of Nike sneakers which accompanies me during my sport sessions during the lunch break. Your hobby My customers!! One of the Family LAb customer sent me recently a chocolate box to wish me a merry Christmas. How to not being touched ? Your nickname Well, to be original: Juju! One last word « Make your day » : if you are grumpy in the morning, or if you have negative waves, look for something you like that will make your day positive !
