For example, some Children With Developmental Delays do not crawl and start walking right after sitting. The focus of the parents should be on the milestones achieved and how they can help the child to grow appropriately, in spite of the fact they may have missed few milestones. If the parents observe that the child is altogether missing out on consecutive milestones, they should talk to a developmental pediatrician or a clinical psychologist (child psychologist).
