Promoting the value of human life

Dear friends and families who stand for life, Greetings! The fiscal year (July 2012-July 2013) in Nepal ended just recently. Now, we are on the process to scrutinize the work and progresses of the year. Did the year remain fruitful and productive? Did the time and moments remain meaningful and significant? As I was flashing back the moments and the works of the year I felt very excited and encouraged to do more this year too. I saw salvation and transformation in people’s life, miraculous changes in people’s decision and attitude. I saw tears of regret in people’s eyes and great smile of freedom and forgiveness in their face. I had several chances to meet dissimilar of personalities, visit new places, conduct programs, teach people, face circumstances, deal with problems, hold new cases but everywhere, every time and by everything I gained new experience and lessons. Indeed, I collected many wonderful experiences through out the year with different situations in my life and ministries. I found God walking with me side by side, holding my hand, leading me in His work. So, I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to My God who strengthened me to do all those works. I gratefully acknowledge those who have prayed and supported our work by supplying funds and commodity grants. Specially , I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Gabriel International (GI) for their valuable prayer, advices, printing & visual material and financial support. And I also thank each individual partner & churches who helped us faithfully. And ofcourse, I must say thank you to all of my prayer partners, VOF Advisory Board, Board of Director, volunteers and the supporters involved in this movement directly and indirectly.

VOF recent news:

An encouraging story of collaboration in the movement of saving life

In 7th April 2013 VOF had a training in Dhankuta where more than 80 Pastor and leaders were attended. Ps. Narayan Limbu was one of them. According to him, his wife already has gone through uterus surgery twice or thrice time. So, doctor has told them that they won’t have any baby. So, he had applied to VOF for an adoption of baby. On other side there was a lady from street got pregnant and came to Compassion house where she got all the care and counseling through VOF. And when the appointed time came the lady gave birth to a cute baby boy and wanted to give him for adoption. So, VOF contacted Ps. Limbu and processed the papers for domestic adoption. Today, the baby is safe with the family. I assume this is an wonderful collaboration between two organizations.
