New Delhi (IANS): The Congress Wednesday attacked Finance Minister Arun Jaitley over his remarks that disclosure of names of those holding illicit foreign accounts will embarrass the party and said the Modi government should not indulge in “any blackmail” and come out with full information instead of "selective leakage". Party general secretary Ajay Maken said the Modi Government should not “indulge in selective or vindictive leaking of names.” “If Jaitley was trying to blackmail the Congress party by such petty games, he should desist from the same,” Maken added. Maken's response came after Jaitley's interview to NDTV news channel Tuesday in which he said that the Congress will face some embarrassment when the names of those holding illicit foreign accounts come out. Jaitley gave another interview Wednesday to Times Now news channel and said the government cannot reveal all names in the list of those who have accounts in banks abroad as some of them have legitimate accounts and cannot be maligned. "We have got some names. Under the treaty, we cannot reveal it for political purposes," he said.

"Some people have legitimate accounts. We cannot disclose the names who have legal accounts," the minister said, adding that for this reason the government has also requested the Supreme Court not to reveal all the names in the list. Jaitley refused to give more details. Asked if there were politicians in the list from opposition party Congress, the minister said he will "neither confirm, nor deny anything". He, however, said he will be "enthusiastic" in sharing the names if any opponent's name is there. Reacting strongly to Jaitley's remarks, Maken said the party was above any individual and the government of the day should proceed against and investigate those whose names are there in the list without being selective or vindictive. “It had all the state machinery at its disposal and not try to subvert issues by getting into pointless filibuster,” Maken said. Maken also attacked the Bharatiya Janata Party over its promise of bringing back black money, claiming that its leaders had said that each citizen could get Rs 15 lakh if the black money was brought back. “It is a worrying development if the BJP is trying to avoid delivering upon the promise, a major pillar of the BJP campaign in the hope of which the people
of India had voted them to power,” Maken said. The Congress leader said that the BJP government filed an affidavit before the Supreme Court seeking modification of the July, 2011 order of the court “wherein the Court had expressly directed the government to reveal the names of black money account holders.” He said the court had had said in July, 2011 that the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTA A) don’t deter the government from disclosing the names of account holders who have stashed black money abroad. Referring to suggestions that the government will only disclose 136 out of the 800 names, Maken called for “full and complete disclosure of details of such account holders.” Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi also said that the government should reveal all the names. "The government said it will reveal 136 names out of a list of 800. Why is the government being selective... in revealing the names," Singhvi said. "Threatening Congress over black money will not help. The people want the black money to be brought back, have they got even Rs.500 back?"

Khattar to be Haryana CM; oath taking Sunday
Chandigarh (IANS): Haryana is all set for a BJP rule for the first time, with Chief Minister-designate Manohar Lal Khattar scheduled to be sworn in Sunday. Haryana Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki Tuesday invited Khattar, who earlier in the day was elected leader of the Haryana BJP Legislative Party, to form the new government in the state.
The oath-taking ceremony will take place at the Tau Devi Lal Sports Stadium in Panchkula, near here, instead of the Haryana Raj Bhavan. Khattar, 60, will be the first Bharatiya Janata Party chief minister of the state, which was formed Nov 1, 1966. The former Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) 'pracharak' was chosen by the newly elected BJP legislators
as their leader at a meeting here. The BJP, which created political history Sunday by winning 47 seats in the Haryana assembly polls, Tuesday staked its claim to form the next government in the state. The BJP, till now, used to play second fiddle to other regional parties in the state. A letter from the party was submitted to the Haryana governor by Khattar after he was unanimously elected leader of the BJP legislative group. Khattar was accompanied to Raj Bhavan by union minister Venkaiah Naidu, BJP national vice president Dinesh Sharma, state BJP president Ram Bilas Sharma, union minister Krishan Pal Gurjar and other BJP leaders. Haryana, were conspicuous by their absence as the BJP elected its first chief ministerial candidate. This is the first time that the BJP will form its own government in the state. The party won only four assembly seats in the 2009 polls. Results of the Haryana assembly elections were historic for the BJP as the party romped home with 47 legislators. The Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) followed with 19 legislators, while the Congress, which was in power since March 2005, managed to get only 15 seats. BJP defers government formation in Maharashtra Mumbai (IANS): The Bharatiya Janata Party appears in no hurry to form the next government in Maharashtra and the process may be initiated only early next week after the Diwali festival is over, party sources said here Tuesday. Home Minister Rajnath Singh, who as and party observer was expected to arrive in Mumbai along with senior
colleague J.P. Nadda to crown the next Maharashtra chief minister, postponed his visit Tuesday for the second time in a row and will now come down next week. "I am not going today. I may go to Mumbai after Diwali," Rajnath Singh told media persons in New Delhi Tuesday, extending the nail-biting suspense in the state since
the BJP emerged as the singlelargest party in the 13th assembly elections but fell short of simple majority. The state BJP already assured of unconditional external support from the Nationalist Congress Party - has decided to continue its independent efforts to cobble up at least a minority government.It has contacted over a dozen of
the 18 Independents or newlyelected legislators from small and regional parties who have got single-digit representation in the new house. Senior party leaders are claiming that with the support of these Independents and smaller or regional parties, the BJP could stake claim to form a minority government.
BJP sources also say that later, with the support of the NCP and the Bahujan Vikas Aghadi's three legislators, it would easily sail through the vote-of-confidence in the legislature. On its part, the Shiv Sena has also adopted a 'wait-and-watch' attitude while expressing readiness to sit in the opposition if the BJP failed to come up with
an acceptable proposal for alliance. In the 288-member assembly, the BJP and allies secured 123 seats, the Shiv Sena got 63, Congress managed 42, the NCP won 41 and the remaining seats were bagged by either Independents or smaller and regional parties. A party needs 145 seats for simple majority in the state assembly.
165 of Maharashtra's 288 new lawmakers have criminal cases Mumbai (IANS): A whopping 165 of the 288 newly-elected legislators in Maharashtra have criminal cases against them, with 115 charged with serious offences of murder, attempt to murder, kidnapping, crimes against women and communal disharmony, a watchdog said Tuesday. Among them, 51 (31 percent) already have charges framed against them in various courts of law, said a study by the Maharashtra Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms
(MEW-ADR). Three legislators, including two from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and one from Shiv Sena have murder cases lodged, while 15, including five from the BJP, seven from the Shiv Sena, two from the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and an Independent, have cases of attempt to murder against them. In crimes against women, 11 legislators, including six from the Shiv Sena and five from the BJP, have cases against them, while eight have
admitted to cases pertaining to sexual assault or criminal force against a woman with the intent to outrage her modesty against them, the MEWADR said. Three legislators have cases of causing communal disharmony, while 14 - including six from the Shiv Sena, five from the BJP, two from the NCP and one from the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M) - are charged with robberies or dacoities. Nine legislators, including five from the NCP,
three from the BJP and one from the Shiv Sena have cases related to kidnappings against them. The BJP, with 122 legislators making it the single largest party in the 288-member legislature, has 74 legislators (61 percent) with criminal cases, while 48 (76 percent) of the total 63 Shiv Sena legislators, 15 lawmakers (36 percent) of the 42 Congress legislators and 18 legislators (44 percent) of the 41 NCP lawmakers have criminal cases against them. A maximum number of BJP's 46 legislators, Shiv Sena's 35, NCP's 18 and Congress' 10 have serious criminal cases lodged against them, the MEW-ADR said in the party-wise analysis of the sworn affidavits of the legislators. On the assets front, a staggering 253 (88 percent) of the 288 new legislators are crorepatis. [1 crore=10 million]. They include 80 (28 percent) with total assets worth over Rs.10 crore, 10 with assets of more than Rs.50 crore and four with assets worth more than Rs.100 crore. The BJP has the largest number of crorepatis at 104, followed by Shiv Sena's 54, NCP's 39 and 38 of the Congress with assets worth more than Rs.1 crore.
Nine arrested for branding Assam athlete a witch Guwahati (IANS): Nine people, including seven women, have been arrested on charges of criminal conspiracy for branding an Assam athlete as a witch, police said Wednesday. Tulumai Medhi, Jugamayee Medhi, Kalmeswari Medhi, Purnima Hazarika, Meera Deka, Soroju Koch and Sarumai Bora have been arrested till date after the incident in Karbi Anglong district Thursday. Two men - Radha Laskar, a Naamgharia (the person who heads a community prayer hall), and Dilsen Medhi - were also arrested after an FIR was lodged by the athlete's husband, a farmer. Debajani Bora, a javelin thrower, who had won a gold medal in the 2011 National Masters Championship in Haryana, was targeted by the villagers at the instigation of the Laskar last Thursday at Cherekali village, about 20 km from the district headquarters Diphu. She was attacked after a meeting at the Naamghar (the community prayer hall) concluded that a "witch was hidden" within Debajani that caused some deaths in the village. The athlete, however, managed to escape after she received injury on her chest and back and was admitted to a local hospital. Police said the arrested women, all aged over 45 years, are facing charges of being the part of a criminal conspiracy to attack Debajani. The attack on Debajani in full public view shocked many. But the issue of targetting people in the name of "witch hunting" is not new in Assam. Several people, mostly women, are targeted, tortured and even killed every year after they are accused of practising witchcraft or black magic. At least 85 cases of witch hunting have been registered by Assam Police since 2008.

Five-year-old Indian treks up to Everest base camp Patna (IANS): The parents of five-year-old Harshit Saumitra, the youngest climber to reach the base camp of Mount Everest, are trying to register their son's name in the Guinness World Records and Limca Book of Records. "We will try to get Harshit Saumitra's name in Guinness Book of World Records and Limca Book of Records for

"I am confident that Harshit's name will get into both the records," he said. Rajeev Saumitra claimed that his son, a Class 1 student of GD Goenka School in New Delhi,
broke the previous record held by seven-year-old Aaryan Balaji, also an Indian, who reached the base camp in 2012. He said Harshit completed the trek to the base point at an altitude of 5,380 metres despite heavy snowfall in the wake of the cyclone 'Hudhud'. He also said Harshit climbed the nearby Kalapathar peak,
which is at a height of 5,550 metres. The peak is higher than the highest peaks of three continents - Mount Blank (4,810 m) in Europe, Vison Massif (4,810 m) in Antarctica, and Punack Jaya (4,884 m) in Australia. Rajeev Saumitra said Harshit was felicitated with the Nepal Bharat Friendship Society on his feat.
An upbeat Rajeev Saumitra announced he would set up a Harshit Foundation to lend a helping hand to the less privileged and children from weaker sections of society. "The foundation's thrust would be to support and help poorest of the poor students for education, health and sports," he told IANS.
Siliguri (IANS): West Bengal's Siliguri city Wednesday witnessed a silver rush as hundreds of people jostled among themselves to lay their hands on millions of tiny silvercoloured balls scattered all
along the national highway. Traffic came to a halt as tea garden workers including motorists, auto drivers, cyclists, rickshaw-pullers and even the government staff joined a mad scramble to collect the balls
that possibly dropped from a passing vehicle. People were seen collecting the balls till late evening. Ganesh Toppo of Singhia Jhora Tea Garden said: "We saw millions of tiny white objects scat-
tered on the streets and soon went to collect it. It might have fallen from the vehicle that had crossed towards Siliguri." With the news spreading, the mad rush for the silver balls only multiplied.
Some people were found running with their family members to collect the objects, calling them "Diwali gift" from god. Anand Karmakar, a local goldsmith, said the metal seems to be real silver, but Siliguri

movement and towards national integration, he said. "Awareness about Sardar Patel's contribution is very low...which is very unfortunate. Recently, I came to know that in the history book of Class X, there is mention of Sardar Patel only once," Javadekar told reporters. Sardar Patel, known as the "Iron Man of India", was instrumental in the merger of over 500 princely states to create a modern India, just after Independence between 1947-1949, the minister said. Javadekar said the central government will make the "National Integration Day" or "Rashtriya Ekta Divas" as a popular mass movement with voluntary participation from all sections of the society. As part of the action plan, he said a 'Run For Unity' will be organised in towns and villages all over India Oct 31 morning. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will himself participate in the event and also broadcast a short radio address on the occasion. Police and members of other organisations like National Cadet Corps (NCC), National Social Service (NSS), Scouts and Guides, Home Guards would perform march-past in all district headquarters for which necessary instructions have already been issued to the concerned departments. Details about how people can register for the "Run For Unity" will be communicated through the website and advertisements in a couple of days. Sardar Patel was born Oct 31, 1875, at Karamsand in Gujarat. A barrister with a successful law practice, he joined the Indian national movement under Mahatma Gandhi and grew up to become one of its tallest leaders. He played key role in organising peasants' movements in Kheda, Borsad and Bardoli in Gujarat and promoting the 'Quit India Movement' against the British regime.

World’s ‘richest Sikh,’ Malvinder Mohan Singh, wins Businessman Award at fifth annual World Sikh Awards been celebrated at 10 Downing Street since 2011. Each year, the Sikh Awards takes a theme as its central focus for the evening’s celebrations and this year the event recognized and honored the sizable battlefield contribution made by Sikh soldiers during the Great War, which this year celebrates its 100th anniversary. Although the Sikh community makes up only two per cent of the British Indian population, they formed 20 per cent of the British Indian Army, which saw 130,000 active Sikh soldiers. THE Belgian Conseil d'Etat has upheld the freedom of religion of Sikh students by overturning the ban on the Sikh turban in two GO schools, which are a part of a large group of schools attended by many Sikh students in the Flemish part of Belgium. "In two separate landmark decisions dated Oct 14, 2014, the highest administrative court has held that GO has the obligation to organize its education without harming the respect for diversity and plurality," said Mejindarpal Kaur, International Legal Director of United Sikhs, an international advocacy NGO that has led the legal campaign to reverse the ban on the Sikh turban. Sharanjit Singh, 12, and Sukhjot Singh, 10, brought separate actions in September
2013 against their respective GO schools for forcing them to remove their patka (a head covering worn by young Sikhs), which they are mandated to wear, at all times, as an integral part of their Sikh faith. "Sharanjit is a rather shy boy, afraid of doing things wrong or being excluded. Following the ban he took off his patka very much to his distress. I am very happy that the Conseil d'Etat has overturned the ban and I hope my son will be able to put the past year behind him and look ahead to a good future ," Sharanjit Singh's father, Surjit Singh, said. Brussels (IANS): The mayor of the town of Vilvoorde in Belgium, Hans Bonte, has ordered the closure of the local gurdwara, Guru Nanak Sahib, for one month. Belgian media Tuesday charged that the Sikh temple “appears to operate as a magnet for Indians staying in Belgium illegally”. The Flanders news and radio VRT website said that during a recent police raid 11 illegal immigrants were discovered in the cellars of an empty building in the neighbourhood of the gurdwara in Vilvoorde which lies outside Brussels. Indonesia grants Diwali holiday to Indians Jakarta (IANS): The Jakarta administration granted a oneday holiday to all Indian nationals and Indonesians of Indian descent Wednesday so that they could celebrate Deepavali or the festival of lights. In a statement earlier in the week, the administration explained that it had met with a representative of the Indian community in order to secure the day-off for those observing the holiday, the Jakarta Post reported. “The Jakarta Manpower and Transmigration Agency calls for businesses who employ Indian nationals and Indonesians of
Indian descent to allow them to celebrate Deepavali Oct 22 by granting them a day-off in accordance with their work rights,” the statement said. This year Deepavali fell on Wednesday and Thursday. The festival involves a series of grand and solemn ceremonies to mark the victory of light and goodness over darkness and evil. According to the website of the Indian embassy in Jakarta, there are around 100,000 Indonesians of Indian origin and 10,000 Indian nationals living in Indonesia.

'Kenyan athletes unfairly targeted for dope tests' Eldoret (Kenya) (IANS): Athletics Kenya (AK) chairman Isaiah Kiplagat has said his country's track and road athletes are being unfairly targeted by the World AntiDoping Agency (WADA) because of the rapid strides made by his compatriots in the discipline. "Why are we being victimised for our success? We have to appreciate that many reports have come out targeting our athletes. Doping exists in every sport in Kenya but because our athletes shine a lot by breaking world records
every time, it has invited sharp focus," Kiplagat was quoted as saying by Xinhua Monday. However, he did not deny the concerns raised by WADA and media reports which have confirmed that the vice is rife in the country. "Most of our elite athletes compete around the globe and are subjected to numerous tests, both while in competition and outside. Our best athletes have all turned out negative and the few who have been caught pleaded their innocence and ignorance and were punished," he
said."Let us not kill these athletes because we know many win clean without any performance enhancement drugs in their systems." His statement comes after Kenya's sports minister Hassan Wario revealed a report of the Anti-Doping Task Force (ADTF) last week in which it said more was needed to be done to curb the vice and limit the freedom foreign agents enjoy to interact and influence their performances in the country."AK has failed in enlightening athletes at the grassroot level making them

We need unbiased sources to share box office collections: Arjun Kapoor ACTOR Arjun Kapoor, son of producer Boney Kapoor, Tuesday said that it is time to formalise the information platform giving figures about box office collections of the releases. He was speaking on the last day of the 16th Mumbai Film Festival, organised by the Moving Academy of Images (MAMI), in a session focusing on the marketing and box office trends in India. "We had an interesting session on box office collections and the marketing strategy. As an actor I feel box office is not the only idea to make films. But as far as the collections are concerned,
you see a huge disparity in the collections on each and every website," Arjun told reporters. "So, we want one reliable source who will put up the accurate figures, which should
be unbiased... We need information from one source about the box office (collections). If we check the collections of our films overseas, you see the accurate collections. But it doesn't happen here. "So there has to be a legal and official way to put the awareness somewhere. It will take time. We have huge number of theatres, but hope within a year we get this thing going," added the star of films like "Ishaqzaade". The 16th edition of the Mumbai Film Festival, which ends Tuesday, showcased over 185 films from more than 65 countries.

Only an actress of Rekha's calibre could have pulled it off," he said, and added that all audience members will identify with her character and story. Curiously, the director comes to this wholesome family saga after the sex comedy "Grand Masti". "That was another world, another tale, another Friday. We were very clear about making a sex comedy, so clear that we stepped forward to ask for an 'Adults' certificate from the censor board. They were aghast because no producer had ever voluntarily asked for an 'A'." Now Kumar says he isn't looking at directing another sex comedy for a long time. "There was a gap of nine years between 'Masti' and 'Grand Masti'. We need a decent enough gap between 'Grand Masti' and the next film in the series," he added. (IANS)

Also of note and very well-designed is the easy to use HMI (Human Machine Interface) infotainment system, which uses a nifty console mounted control knob to access audio, navigation and Bluetooth functions. It is intuitive to use and not overcomplicated like many systems of this type. The Mazda3 interior is still as classy as ever with neat, well designed satin chrome and piano black trim pieces on the dash and center console and comfortable two-toned leather seats (part of the Luxury Package). Ergonomics are good and the rear cabin is fairly roomy. On the road with 184 horsepower and 185 poundfeet of torque, the SKYACTIV -G direct-injection 2.5L engines is delightfully punchy and responsive and offers decent enough acceleration and mid-range power. Mated to the smoothshifting SkyActiv-Drive sixspeed automatic transmission, the Mazda3 is on par with most of its rivals in the performance stakes. Light, easy steering, well-adjusted re-engineered suspension results in a comfort-
able, refined ride on all road surfaces. Of note is the clever iELOOP system offered as part of the Technology Package, which Mazda ays is the world’s first capacitor-based regenerative engine braking system to power the vehicle’s electrical components. In other words, the brakes convert kinetic energy into stored electricity to later power all the vehicle’s electrical components, such as headlights, climate controls and audio systems. It an incredibly clever concept and another example of Mazda’s innovative left field thinking. 2014 Volkswagen Golf GTI Autobahn: Classic Sports hatchback remains a good choice
The Volkswagen Golf has always been one of my favorite cars and for good reason: It has a great heritage, decent build quality, fine engineering and has always been a practical, fun to drive car. It is also available in a number of permutations to suit different buyers and driver needs. The fast and exciting GTI and Golf R models offer superb performance and of course the fivedoor and three-door model hatchback format offers great flexibility. There is even a wagon version of the Golf. Not forgetting there is a choice of gas engines and the excellent TDI diesel models that offers amazing fuel economy. For 2014/15 model year the new version of the GTI went on sale this summer with a slight increase in length and width, minor sleeker styling tweaks and a lower aerodynamic roofline. This new generation is also the fastest and most powerful GTI ever; courtesy of a 2.0-litre turbocharged fourcylinder engine that uses direct injection producing 210 horsepower. torque figures to 258.

A meaty flat-bottomed steering wheel and well place gear shifter are augmented by great ergonomics. Standard equipment includes a dash mounted 5.8-inch entertainment touchscreen unit featuring satellite radio, Bluetooth and navigation. An upmarket Fender Audio system also adds to the interior ambience.On the road, the GTI offers super car thrills with its low ride, excel-
lent grip and superb chassis. The turbo engines has enough get up and go when you need it and makes all the right barks and growls when drive hard and fast. Torque is well distributed throughout the rpm range and the transmission is beauti-
fully matched. Handling is the best part of the GTI in my opinion with superb reflexes, steering and braking. Fuel economy is not bad either: Volkswagens official figure for the GTI are
rated at 9.5L/100 km in the city and 7.2L/100 km on the highway. For the price it hard to find a car of this pedigree Fuel efficient, comfortable and eminently refined the Golf GTI is

New 2014 Scion FR-S Coupe: Puts 2014 Toyota Yaris Hatchback: Small and perfectly formed! the “sport” back into sporty!
At last Toyota has a sports car that you can get excited about again...only it is a Scion, the sporty division offshoot of the Japanese car maker that gets the kudos. At the heart of the FR-S is a real gem of an engine, notably a 2.0L flat-four boxer (Horizontally opposed unit) that develops 200 horsepower and 151 lb-ft of torque. With a skimpy curb weight of 2,578 lbs (or 1,251 kg) the Scions can propel to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds. Combine it with the 6speed manual transmission short, precise shift and this is a recipe for a lot of fun. The interior dash is well finished in black plastic trim dominates on the dash and door trim although you do get sporty door sill details and a light carbon fibre finish on the FR-S glove box. Dials, controls and general driver ergonomics are excellent. Those sporty grippy seats with deep side bolstering and high shoulder support are simply excellent. The driving position is very
good and the car feels as tight as a glove without being too claustrophobic. Now that cannot be said for the rear cabin which has seats but no legroom! You could probably
get two tiny kids or perhaps a baby car seat in there if you move the front seats forward, but not adults for sure! The rear trunk is also not bad considering the swoopy rear roofline On the road, our test FR-S with the six-speed manual made dramatic use of the coupes light weight and refined engine. However it is the basic engineering approach which really makes a difference as the boxer engine and transmission are set low and close to a vehicle’s centre of gravity thus mak-
ing the car more stable and well balanced. Combine the light weight, classic front engine and rear wheel drive and solid stable chassis and the car has amazingly fast steering reflexes and almost no discernible body roll. So fast corners and lane changes happen quicker and the coupe recovers with more control and composure no matter how hard you push it. The chassis inspires great confidence. Even with the automatic transmission I found the FR-S was a blast to drive hard. Acceleration is fast with the zappy engine note and the flat four engine delivers a smooth high revving torque curve. Downsides are few, the lack of no adult friendly back seats should not be a hindrance to buyers who see this as very capable and fun to drive sport coupe. Rear vision is also not a high point Fuel consumption is rated at a combined: 8.2l/100 km for the manual transmission and a combined 7.2L/100 km for the automatic. Note you will have to fill up with pricy premium fuel grade. To sum up the Scion FR-S is a highly enjoyable, entertaining car to drive with superb seats and driver ergonomics. The FRS is sure to be a future classic and well worth considering if you like driving for sheer visceral thrills. The 2014 Toyota Yaris is a very competent subcompact car; available as a rare three-door version as well as a five-door hatchback and sedan model, the Yaris is a pleasing looking car. With its wide, blunt nose and ovoid shape, it looks at once fun and cutely pugnacious aided by prominent body side creases and distinctive flared tail lamps. Date: 2014-10-05 Title: Surrey Taxi Robbery Details:On October 5, 2014, at approximately 12:30am, a taxi driver reported that he had just been robbed at the intersection of 108 Avenue and City Parkway. The taxi driver had picked up a male at the Surrey Central bus loop who asked to be taken to 108 Avenue and City Parkway. Once there, the male attempted to rob the driver and a struggle ensued inside and outside the vehicle. The suspect did not obtain anything from the driver and eventually fled, on foot, northbound on City Parkway. The suspect was described as a Caucasian male, approximately 20 years old, with short dyed blond hair. He was wearing a black hoodie with a checker design, blue jeans and had had a backpack with him. The driver sustained a minor cut to his forearm during the struggle.
