Norcom are now 3cx Certified Professionals We are pleased to announce that we have attained 3cx phone system Certified Professional Status. Hi all, just a quick reminder on the great features and benefits of 3cx Phone system. Over the coming months we are also going to take a look at the Skype connect capabilities of 3cx. Security As with all wireless devices connected to a network whether WLAN local connections or remote connections, security precautions must be diligently adhered to. Standard security measures covered in Aria Technical Training such as COS, call restrictions, strong passwords and other security enhancements should be followed. The use of a VPN client is strongly recommended when an IP Communicator is connected remotely. This is not only to safe guard against Toll Fraud but also to protect the customer’s LAN from possible external threat/access. The customer’s administrator must be involved in setting up secure access for both WLAN local connections and remote connections.
