Syrian Resettlement Programme at Voluntary Action Broxtowe Broxtowe’s Hub for Syrian Refugees
Voluntary Action Broxtowe has been working hard since becoming Broxtowe’s Hub for Syrian Refugees to enable members to access local services and opportunities. It is required by the Home Office that Syrian Refugees receive 8 hours of English tuition and Voluntary Action Broxtowe provides members with highly flexible and meaningful methods of achieving this, in part through our commitment to co-producing the programme. Our Syrian members have access to immediate English language and cultural support from fully qualified teachers, completely free of charge. We then ensure that our Syrian members meet the Home Office requirement and retain the allowances to which they are entitled. For more information about the programme do not hesitate to send us an email or pop in to see us.
