I’ve been on a twenty-year long quest to create the best tasting chocolates. This starts with the highest quality chocolate, the best chocolate. But, what does it really mean to be the best? As I’ve gained experience and created collections for the past two decades and have come to understand that it’s the energy from the soil, nature, lack of chemical pesticides and the human connection to the land that makes the real difference. I'm a seeker and collector of these very special, esteemed ingredients that have been cared for by loving hands. When you bite into chocolate made with them, you can taste the difference. When you experience them, you are elevated.

Along with my search for ingredients I discovered the Solfeggio Frequencies. Gregorian monks began using Solfeggio six-tone scales, which are frequencies, as a way to help people remember music. If these sounds had the potential to create energy within the body, how could I get them to do the same in the chocolates? This became the subject of my studies and the new quest in our lab. The culmination of this work is in front of you. We took all that we found and crystallized the 528 Hz frequency in the chocolates by playing its sounds as they travel through the cooling tunnels. By doing so, we have taken the same energy of elation and relaxation in balance and put it into each bite. Through this process, I think we are one step closer to making the very best chocolate. THE 528 Hz FREQUENCY The Solfeggio frequencies have long been studied and known to keep the mind, body and soul in balance. The frequency is also referred to as the “Mi” frequency. “Mi” comes from the Latin word for miracle, and in fact it is found in miraculous things, the chlorophyll that creates the green of the grass, the buzz of the bees, rainbows, and the sun. For us, it can increase our clarity, peace of mind and rejuvenate our spirit, leading us to a path of enhanced creativity. We added the frequency as we do with our other ingredients, with careful contemplation and selection. Listen to the whisper of the sounds of love.

The Love Frequency Collection is an expression of the divine masculine and feminine, bioenergetics and series of tones used in Gregorian chants known as Solfeggio frequencies. These sounds are thought to have powerful healing properties. We brought the 528Hz frequency, known as “the love frequency,” or “miracle tone,” used to transform the heart into our kitchens.
