It’s acknowledging the guidance given when you are dealt a hand you are not expecting, a siren song to play and when you are nudged, it is simply the universe’s push to explore its beautiful mysteries.

Our chocolate classics are hand-crafted with artisanal superior sourced ingredients. Pillows of fluffy, vanilla bean marshmallow cushioning chewy caramel mixed with walnuts and pecans. Irish grass-fed butter and organic sugar is cooked in a copper kettle and then cooled into crunchy toffee that is coated in deep milk chocolate and sprinkled with walnuts and pecans. Peanut butter swirled into milk chocolate before it is perfected with two types of salt.

How to Bathe Chocolates in Wine & Spirits
Our favorite way to serve Champagne, Wine, Spirits and cocktails are to dip and sip. Gather your cocktail sticks, pierce your chocolate and rest aside or atop your glass.
Dip your truffle in the glass and take a small bite integrating the liquid and the chocolate together.
Lift the glass to your lips and take a small taste. Don’t drink it though, hold in your mouth, roll it gently from side to side. Now swallow. Feel how the liquid trickles down your throat. Follow its journey as it goes down into your stomach. Take a pause. Open your mouth a little and let the air pass over your palate. Be aware of how the flavours continue to evolve, and of how long the after taste lingers.
