Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993 Temporary Closure of Station Road, Glenageary
Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council has received an application from Robert Doyle Eco Build Ltd. to temporarily close Station Road, Glenageary from its junction with Marlborough Road to its junction with Adelaide Road to through traffic from Monday, 23rd November 2015 to Friday, 27th November 2015 - both dates inclusive. Local Access to the Dart Station will be maintained at all times. The purpose of the closure is to install a new sewer connection and water connection for a new house being built. The proposed diversion route will be signposted. Details of the diversion routes will be available on our website: www.dlrcoco.ie A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of these works. Any interested parties may lodge an objection in writing with the Senior Engineer, Traffic Section, County Hall, Marine Road, Dún Laoghaire not later than noon on Monday 16th November, 2015 or email traffic@dlrcoco.ie

Leopardstown Road – R113 *** Leopardstown Link Road and Roundabout Reconfiguration Scheme
Leopardstown Link Road OPENED to traffic on Wednesday, 22nd July 2015, providing a new access to South County Business Park, Leopardstown Race Course and Leopardstown Park Hospital. Works now progressing on Brewery Road, the Roundabout, Burton Hall Road and Leopardstown Road as part of the signalisation of the roundabout. The configuration of the roundabout is adjusted locally to enable service installations. Drivers are requested to proceed with caution through the roundabout. Pedestrian crossing position adjusted on Brewery Road – Signage in Place. Localised Traffic Management will be in place, inclusive of lane closures, lane adjustments and Stop / Go as required. Expected completion date of entire scheme – 2nd Quarter 2016

Trial holes works (2 in number) will commence on Monday night, 9th November 2015 for 1 week between 12:00 midnight and 06:00 a.m. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Glenageary Road Lower /Holmston Avenue *** KN Network Services will be carrying out works on Glenageary Road Lower adjacent to Holmston Avenue to install a signalised pedestrian crossing. Works commenced on Monday, 2nd November 2015 for a period of four weeks between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

N11 Stillorgan Dual Carriageway ** (Night works)
Survey work will continue until Friday, 20th November 2015 between 22:00 and 06:00 hrs. N11 outbound from ColĂĄiste Eoin to Priory Avenue and Kill Lane to opposite Westminster Road junction, to N11 inbound from Old Dublin Road to Trees Road and Westminster Road to opposite Kill Lane. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Corbawn Lane and Shanganagh Road (part of) ***
Footpath Restoration works on Corbawn Lane will continue to be progressed from its Junction with Eaton Wood Avenue to the Irish Rail Bridge from Monday, 9th November 2015 to Friday, 13th November 2015 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Stop / Go Shuttle System will be in place. In addition, road reconstruction works will take place in Holly Park (off Corbawn Lane) on Wednesday, 11th November 2015 between 09:00 and 17:30 hrs.
Goatstown Road / Roebuck Road Junction, Goatstown ** Drainage and reinstatement works will continue on Goatstown Road between the junction of Roebuck Road and Larchfield Road until Friday, 13th November 2015 between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Stop / Go Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

Footpath improvement works will continue on Blackrock Main Street (outside the Bank of Ireland) until Friday, 13th November 2015 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.

N11 - Public Lighting Upgrade Works **
Public lighting upgrade works will continue until Friday, 27th November 2015 on N11 outbound lane between Fosters Avenue Junction and Mount Merrion Junction between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. and between 19:30 and 23:30 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.

Thornhill Road, Mount Merrion *
Jointing and over banding works will continue until Friday, 13th November 2015 between 08:00 and 18:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation.
Ballinteer Road, Ballinteer ** The Ballinteer Road Traffic Safety Improvement scheme began on site on Monday, 24th August 2015 and will last approximately three months. Works will take place on Ballinteer Road between the Sandyford Green Route and the junction of Ballinteer Road / Ballinteer Avenue. Stop / Go Traffic Management will be in place at junction with College Park intermittently between 10:00 and 16:00 hrs. A Traffic Management Plan will be in operation for the duration of the works.
