Reply: "As part of the works currently underway at the people's park and at windsor Terrace, the Parks and Transportation Departments have included for the provision of a raised junction platform at the junction of Queen's Road and park Road and the provision of an uncontrolled raised pedestrian crossing near "Teddy,s caf6,,. To further encourage a reduction in vehicle speeds, the road width along windsor Terrace has been reduced to 6m as part of this scheme also. It is considered that these measures will contribute to a reduced speed environment along Windsor Terrace. "
