The proposed development will comprise amendments to the below podium areas and podium levels of TC1/2 and TC4 to facilitate the relocation of the permitted Park & Ride comprising 194 no. basement car parking spaces from plot TC4 to plot TC1/2 resulting in a decrease in car parking spaces within TC4 basements from 1,120 to 926 and an increase in car parking spaces within TC1/2 basements from 2,792 to 2,986.
