After the Mazda japanese landscape project, THACO decided to renovate the green core of the KIA factory into a Korean garden (KIA is a Korean automobile brand). The focus will be in the green surface around the new showroom divided into two main sections: the outdoor showcase vehicule and the koi fish lake.

The main elements of Korean gardens: • Layout of garden arranged toward the East. • Koi lake is located in the center of the area with many large and small rocks arranged around. Factors that highlight the landscape include lotus pond, stone bridge, water trough, small streams, and fountain. • Using a variety of aquatic plants, trees, and shrubs with many colors to create natural and colorful gardens.

The design concept is the movement of water flowing down from the mountain to the sea. It determines surrounding elements such as rocks, tree varieties like flamboyants, coconuts, ect. The lake is also served as a water container in case of incendies. A brick road encircle the Koi lake make everything connected.

Socar Sala Program: Rooftop garden. Secondary concept option. Softscape basic design. Location: Thu Thiem, HCM CIty. Client: Ä?QM Corp. Project team: Thanhntq (Leader), Dungvv, Duongnhq, Lent. Year: 05/2020 - 08/2020. Construction: 2020.

Our team mission in the project focus on designing the alternative concept for 5th floor landscape - on pair with Sdesign consultant’s option. We are proposing the layout of rooftop garden based on indoor convention center function. Once the concept design is approved, our team continues to work on the softscape design and the fountain technical design document for construction purpose.

Zone I: A narrow strip of gardens running along the edge of the building with several interesting check-in spots. Zone II: Semi-private garden for meeting rooms with control points. Zone III: Relaxation area and viewpoint for the VIP on the 6th floor. Zone IV: Smoking area and viewpoint to Saroma Villa below.

The garden Zone I is designed to be viewed both as a single continuous panorama and as a series of framed scenes, creating a strong connection between inside and outside. Landscape design is required to use big trees with at least 3m high trunk to have an unobstructed view toward the central city space. Medium size trees are positioned in some specific places to support the main concept. Shrubs will be pruned and kept below 1,2m height - the highest level of the glass system facade.

6.8 (Sadora II) Program: Concept design. Location: Thu Thiem, HCM Ci ty. Client: Ä?QM Corp. Project team: Dungvv ( Leader), Huytn, Sonlh, (Tankk, Duongntn) Year: 03/2019 - 08/2020. Construction: 2021

Old concept of 6.8 was a complex building with 4 condominium towers with 3 storeys shopping center podium. Each tower have 24-26 floors containing around 240 apartments. The urban planning design adjustment in 2020 change the layout to a larger podium and a less number of towers building, according to new business plan of DQM. Mr. Salvador - lead architect - propose a new Edeck structure system for waterproof and maintenance cost efficiency. The 6.8 landscape project in this porfo has 2 stages: before and after the architecture layout adjustment.

The first landscape design follow the old urban planning 1/500 master plan and Sadora I design principles. The main idea is creating an attractive swimming pool in the center with other amenities placed around: wet playground, relaxing deck, kid's playground followed by BBQ corner for parents... 2

The open - closed viewpoint layout depend on surrounding landscape.

Nui Thanh Park Program: Park concept design. Monumental design. Location: Nui Thanh, Quang Nam. Client: Thaco Group. Project team: Dungvv (Leader), Huytn, Huyntq, Thanhntq Year: 06/2019 - 03/2020. Construction: -

This project is a tribute of THACO to Nui Thanh municipal Party Committee, including 2 parts: 1. Clock tower for phase 1 zone of Nui Thanh park. Build and transfer. ˍˍClock tower will be the focal point for admisnistrative center of Nui Thanh area. ˍˍPlacing the tower in the existing park, the design complements the missing amenities and provides attractive elements. ˍˍTaking advantage of waterside landscape. 2. Design of Nui Thanh park's phase 2 (4,9 ha). ˍˍThe phase 2 park would have a strong connection with the previous completed one. ˍˍCreating a value of life to the nearby presidential area by providing green space, outdoor facilities for community.

The Clock tower design will focus on making a signature, timeless and sustainable monument acting like a outdoor theatre, including public amenities such as public wc, coffee shop, playground... The design must be local specific providing cultural and educational functions.

After the first presentation to Nui Thanh Party Committee, the council proposed the idea of keeping the design as neutral as possible. The design will continue developpe toward modernity style and industrial 4.0, which is the key economic point of Nui Thanh in the future.

The modernism option is a neutral and cost-effective design. The coffee shops are placed not connected with the main monuments for flexible uti lisation. The tower and its base serve as a landmark, easily to be seen from afar on the highway.

By the way, some suggested that a classical option would be also considered.

Concept I. A high cost park with full option of hardscape and a landmark building on the central hill. Main road and riverside road connect the entire park, taking advantages of waterside landscape.

Modern park with lots of water and lighting features. There is a wooden deck covering the water surface. The vehical roadway divides the park into 2 parts to help ease the project progress.

Sala school zone II Program: Rooftop garden. Ground landscape adjustment. Location: Thu Thiem, HCM City. Client: Ä?QM Corp. Project team: Dungvv (Leader), Huyntq, Tankk, Duongntn Year: 08/2018 - 09/2019. Construction: 2021

My first project was in charge of DQM Corp. Sala School II will be one of the most important landmark of the city of Sala. So far, architectural design has changed a lot, which is why landscape adjustments are needed to be taken into account. Most difficult problems are circulation and privacy issue. Due to maintenance costs, the sports facilities will be used exclusively during the day time for students, then after the school is closed, public users can use the service normally. The new design will focus on renovate the ground floor, creating creative area, and a rooftop garden. By using theme colors and age-specific decorations, the design goal is to make the school more colorful and dynamic, giving meaning to students lives.

Rooftop plantings: ˍˍBig tree with colorful flower, easy to distinguish from far away. Especially poinciana. ˍˍUse shrubs that is eye-catching in color, easy to maintenance and fragant.

When completed, school II rooftop garden and playground are the signature of Sala city. Landscape designs need to be special and impressive, ages-specific . In addiction, the investment and maintenance cost will be the main factor.

Facade tree box system: Have planting box system on the facade.

Rooftop playground (A+B+C=10000m2): ˍˍUsing tree box for planting. H=450 for shrubs and 1200 for big tree. ˍˍThe min handrailing height is 1.8m. ˍˍUsing the open-closed viewpoint principle to make trademark facade.

Kindergarten amenities: ˍˍAdding kid's swimming pool, outdoor playground, planting garden. ˍˍClose off existing street corner entrance

Inner circulation: ˍˍDrop off, entrance fitting ˍˍSpecify location the control gate between school property area and semi-public sport amenities.

Primary school amenities: Adding medium size swimming pool and outdoor playground. Keep the existing pergola.

In order to make a greener and more enjoyable space to the most valuable zone of Saroma villa, the landscape adjustment project has a mission to transform the existing roundabout into a small park with special entrance granite ramp and water feature. In addition, because of traffic road variation, the current Saroma Park 01 (pic.03 opposite) will be affected and need a renovation design.

Thaco want to use the space between showroom and warranty station of Mazda TKC as a car showcase outdoor and coffee relaxing corner under glass canopy. The space can be viewed from 3 main directions : the street and from the showroom through glass. By the way, the idea to have 4 acutangula trees in this 6.7m wide space is come up after the first presentation proposed by Thaco.

Concept The design team proposed the tree grate idea to handle the problem, we can plant the tree and still have enought space for T-50 display. The space under the canopy become hot during the day, the best solution is to place a Koi pond and japanese dry garden here.

Socar Chu Lai, completed at the end of 2018, is the first complex building of Ä?QM. What is missing in this 3-story car showroom - shopping mall- convention center is something interesting at the large grass field in front of drop-off. The design need to create a dynamic impression square with lighting and water features for events. Not just from the outside, but actually this place can draw people in and be a part.

TECCO Elite City Program: Landscape concept adjustment. Ground and Edeck amenities. Water features. Location: Thai Nguyen. Client: TECCO Group. Project team: Dungnt (Leader), Dungvv, Huyntq, Sonlh Year: 04/2020- 07/2020. Construction: 2021

TECCO Elie City is a complex project that has been under construction in Thai Nguyen. The corporation demanded to redesign the landscape to be a more attractive interesting place to take the project to the higher class. We are working on using the old concept of "Green Camelia sprout blooming in all direction", but refine and evolve it. We are adding landscape elements such as fountain gate, dry fountain, planter box... and amenities for the visitors and residents.

In the new design, inspired from a natural form of flower blooming in all directions, landscape elements such as pattern, shrubs form, trees, planter box... will follow main contour lines from Ground to Edeck. In the center of this tornado-like shape and contour, we place a dry fountain with lighting features as a landmark which draw light from inside and above the building. The fountain sign in front of the mall entrance brings the luxury and dynamic look to the complex building. 2

Since the ground floor is already completed, the renovation progress will need to be considered. By the way, the square is only 14m wide, so choosing a normal fountain as an water feature should make the space narrower.

A dry fountain is better in this situation, plat but still have attractive elements.

The amenities on Edeck floor is private to residents. There are control points at the connect trafic nodes to prevent outside visitors. Playground, gym outdoor are arranged near relaxiation area and BBQ area where parents can observe their children. The infinity swimming pool has a clear view of the dynamic central square. Above the mall entrance, we place the trademark pergolas that can be viewed from afar.
