What is the booking process?

Once you are ready to make a booking, this is the process:

1. Contact us via email, phone or online form

2. Our travel experts will ask for some basic contact details for the trip and confirm the prices with you.

3. Once you provide those details, we will issue your booking confirmation and payment invoices in-line with the payment schedule. All our payment methods and specifics of what is included will be highlighted on your booking confirmation.

4. Once payment is made, we will send a receipt of the transaction and your place will be secure.

5. That’s it! We will send automatic reminders when future payments are due.

6. About 2 months prior to the tour, we will announce specific information about the upcoming tour including a timeline of when to expect your travel documents which will include some (if not all) of the following:

• The day-to-day itinerary

• Contact information for your tour leaders

• Our exclusive on-tour messaging portal (for daily updates & quick communication during the tour, and photo sharing)

• Flight information & tickets (if booked by us)

• Any other necessary information (extra travel vouchers, sightseeing tickets, etc.)
