This publication is a reprint of a 1916 booklet and is part of the Inverclyde’s Great War Project. We believe that as it became obvious that the war was not going to end soon and casualties mounted up it became less practical to carry the information contained through till the end of hostilities. As a piece of local history however it is truly fascinating – showing the feeling of community within Kilmacolm at this time.
