Guidance: Common ukulele chords (keys-based) -All keys are presented from the most to least common and in couple to help you easily transpose when playing ukulele along with vocal: + Major/ Minor relative: Eg. Key C major has the minor relative key A minor . These two keys are composed of the same chords. + If the male vocal is in C major, key transpose it to G major key when playing along with female vocal. If the male vocal is in D major key, switch to A major key for female vocal. And so it goes. When transposing, refer to the equivalent chords in each key. Eg: Chord G7 in C major key will equal to D7 in G major key. ďƒ¨ There you go with four couples of keys: C major-G major, D major-A major, E major-B major and F major-C major. - Above the chord’s name are the names of the notes that the chord consists of.

- Alt stands for Alternative (alternative chords). Eg: in C major key, chord G7 can be replaced by chord G. - The numbers below the chords help adjust your fingers on the ukulele. Some bar chords can be fingered differently.
