When you apply Your faculty’s International Student Advisor (ISA) will help you with the application procedure, admissions process, possible scholarship applications and any other information you may need related to your studies.
If you are admitted The Services team of the International Office will assist you with finding accommodation and applying for a visa and/or residence permit (if applicable).
When you arrive VU International Office will organise an introduction week for international students in August consisting of arrival days, in which you can arrange all kinds of practical matters, and can participate in social events and an intercultural programme.
During your studies Career Services will organise various events such as the annual career event and CV workshops, interview trainings and meet & greets with companies. There are Q&A sessions throughout the academic year, and we have student counsellors and a student desk that you can approach with any specific questions you may have. Guidance and support are offered to students with a disability.
