Oxford Warmdry ™ high insulation, low bulk, detachable thermal liner. Prevents wind chill and holds heat against the body to keep you warm and comfor table in cold weather.
At 0 °C, the wind chill factor at just 24mph is approximately -16 °C. Add to that the impact of rain at high speeds and it is easy to see how a rider’s concentration could be adversely affected. The correct use of ‘layering’ can dramatically reduce the effect of wind chill. Tall Amara lined, multi-adjustable collar with neoprene edging to give a good seal with maximum comfort. Reflective panels at the front, top and back for 360 visibility. The jacket has Ripstop and CE armour in the shoulders and elbows. The external pocket for the armour in the elbow is designed to move less in the event of a spill. Includes Oxford’s ‘intelligent adjustment’ in the arms and waist for extra flexibility and comfort when riding. Soft Amara on the cuffs for comfort plus large adjustment gusset to keep the water out. Award winning Montreal pant gets an upgrade. Oxford Rainseal Tech provides all of the waterproofing on this new pant and features a waterproof, breathable Reissa membrane throughout, a double layered waterproofing in the seat, crotch and knee. It also has new Nylon knee protection making it more durable. There is a storm flap system on the waist and leg closures and it has a new calf adjuster to improve fit and makes the knee armour, which is included, more secure. Water-resistant pockets are provided on the lower leg and all of the air vents feature water resistant zips. Cooling is delivered by a system of lock-open air vents. Extra comfort is assured by stretch panels (knee and waist) which are improved and reinforced at the crotch seam, with panel overlay to improve strength and durability. The pants also have exterior hip padding and grip panels in the seat for security. Large adjustment panel are found on the lower leg to facilitate different boot styles. Heat resistant inner leg panels avoid damage from engine or exhaust heat. The rear hem is raised to avoid damage from the boot heel. The Montreal pant comes with a removable and adjustable belt and has removable braces too.

The Kickback shirt is a soft cotton casual shirt on the outside, but a technical riding garment on the inside. It is fully lined with 100% Dupont™ Kevlar® to provide abrasion resistance in the case of an accident. Behind the front poppers lies a secondary YKK zip closure. This is mounted on tough webbing which is in turn sewn onto both the cotton outer and the anti-abrasion lining, for maximum strength. Also attached through both layers of material are two secure belt loops, which should be used to avoid the shirt riding up in the event of a tumble.

A straight forward, long style touring jacket created for women who like simple, clean designs. Beautifully tailored, this new version of our Dakota jacket is cut for women only. It has a neoprene and fleece collar, adjustable via hook and loop. Ventilation is supplied via two inlet vents on the front shoulders and a rear yoke outlet. Waist and hip adjusters ensure the perfect fit and the jacket also comes with cuff adjusters. Pre-curved sleeves give extra comfort. The zip is protected by a storm flap to keep the worst of the weather at bay, but when it heats up, the thermal liner can be removed. TEXTILE PANTS
The Dakota pant is a simple, functional, well tailored garment which complements the new Dakota jacket perfectly. It has a press stud and hook-and-bar closure on the adjustable waistband and handwarmer pockets. The waist also has belt loops if there is a requirement for an added belt. Reflective heat transfer logos are applied to the knees, calf and seat areas for that added security when riding at night. Abrasion resistant materials on the knees and the seat give better wear and a high-rise is included at the back to make the fit between the jacket and pant improved, with of course a short zip for the jacket attachment. An accordion stretch panel across the back of the pant allows for flexibility and a grip panel in the trouser seat gives extra security. The inside of the pant features a removeable liner for when the weather gets hot and level 1 knee protectors are provided.

The grips have ergonomically engineered surface structures to optimise riding performance. Thicker rubber in areas of maximum wear; rhombus tread pattern for vibration absorbtion; 5² block siped tread patterns for high levels of grip and feel; diamond tread pattern where maximum grip is required. The grip length can be trimmed if required and has open ends so that bar end weights can be fitted. The intelligent heat controller uses a sealed-for-life welded case construction for long-term durability and weather proofing. • 5 heat settings give the perfect operating temperature with LED lights to indicate the level. • The Battery Saving Mode protects against flat batteries. If you forget to turn the switch off, it will do it for you! • •
New switch technology means that, if the engine is switched off, the grips will automatically turn off until enough power is available. This Eliminates the need for the user to buy and fit relays. Thanks to their unique expandable design and fool-proof wiring loom, HotGrips are extremely easy to fit. This vintage-styled waxed cotton luggage uses traditional materials and manufacturing techniques to recall a time when people worked and played outdoors, come rain or shine. But hidden beneath the old-world look is a hidden layer of modern technology, to offer a user experience to match today’s demanding expectations. The bags’ key material is a dry waxed cotton, a modern take on the traditional sail cloth which found its way into the clothing which sailors wore to protect themselves from the salt water and wet weather. The dry wax application is applied to all outer materials including the straps and has the very real benefit of not coming off on your hands when moving, fitting and using the luggage.
Respectful of the material’s heritage, Oxford’s designers have employed traditional methods to assemble the bags. For example, pockets are pleated in order to lie flat when empty, but provide space to expand when full; flag stitches secure all the straps and strapping points to the main structure of the bag; the roll top closure is both traditional and the best way to seal the bags against rain. Inside the bags, however, you will find a very modern removable waterproof liner which uses taped seams to guarantee that the contents remain dry, even when the outer material has been drenched. Similarly, the luggage employs Oxford’s most up-to-date fitting system to ensure that it can be secured to the bike safely, with all necessary fittings supplied. The result is a wholly user-friendly product which does the job whilst looking the part.

SERIOUS ABOUT REDUCING MOTORCYCLE THEFT. Motorcycles are fundamentally more vulnerable to theft than most other forms of transport, but they need not be. The use of a good lock will protect a motorcycle against most forms of attack and reduce the theft rate dramatically. Incredibly, motorcycle security experts still believe that well over half of all motorcyclists use no form of physical security other than the steering lock, which itself offers very little resistance to a determined attack. Furthermore, just like an alarm or an immobiliser, the steering lock does not prevent thieves from simply lifting the motorcycle into the back of a van and transporting it to a garage where they can re-mobilise the bike at their leisure. These figures are supported by recent research carried out by Oxford Products Ltd in the UK’s capital London, the UK’s worst theft hotspot. A survey of 736 bikes revealed just 287 using locks, meaning that 61% of bikes were unsecured! If you want to keep your bike, the best advice is simple: Lock it up!

Reduce the risk of theft by following these simple Always secure your bike with the steps; lock positioned off the ground • Buy the best lock you can afford and always use it • Alarms can be very effective but only really effective when in conjuction with a lock • If you have a garage, always use it and remember to lock the bike and set the alarm otherwise cover your bike when outside • When parking your bike try to avoid using the same parking spot every day and lock your bike to a secure immovable object, such as a ground anchor • Never leave your lock resting on the ground and always lock it as tight to your bike as possible - this makes it much more difficult for thieves to attack • Remember to maintain your lock. Keep it free from dirt, and oil moving parts regularly. If your lock stops working, you won’t be able to lock your bike
