Special Olympics Enroll now in the Community Based Transition Program which serves adults, ages 21 and older with disabilities. This program aims to help participants learn and grow in the areas of daily living, personal, social, vocational, leisure and recreation provides year round opportunities for exercise, sports training and athletic competitions for participants 8 years and older with cognitive disabilities.
