#selfie Victims #selfie Victims is a collection of lost gloves picked up in Reykjavik between 11th and 28th of January 2016. Tourist attractions in the city and suburbs are full of lost stuff especially gloves and mittens. There is no other place in the world where people take away there gloves to make a photo or whatever so often. Gloves are born all around the Earth (but mostly in China of course) and fall asleep forever on slippery streets of Reykjavik. They fall down from pockets and hands then die bravely while their owners are taking selfies rapturously or capturing magnificent landscapes of Iceland. Gloves continue their way spellbound through the snow-covered and cold plains and already forgot their frozen hands. This monument dedicated to all forgotten and lost stuff.
*Please let us know if there is your glove in a collection, we will be glad to return it to the owner. And please be careful with your gloves.
