Plan, schedule, and perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work within all areas of the facility. Maintain equipment to ensure operations run safely and efficiently to meet all production, reliability, and cost goals of the facility. Some of the tasks to be performed are as follows: PMs, lubrication, troubleshooting and/or rebuilding of equipment, facility work or basic electrician work (running conduit, pulling wire, wiring panels, etc.) Must be a team player, the position requires collaborative decision making, problem solving and work sharing. Computer experience and skills along with strong skills in maintenance practices and repair techniques are required.

Essential Functions: • This position requires an experienced individual who is thoroughly familiar with diagnosis, repair and rebuilding complicated electronic/electrical plant equipment and machinery. • Should be thoroughly familiar with operation and repair of hydraulic systems and components. • Prior experience in an established preventative maintenance program preferred. • Assist in all areas of the facility to coordinate maintenance, preventative maintenance, and handle unexpected maintenance issues. • Manage and coordinate project work which might involve external contractors, ensure safety, quality, and oversight of work Min. Yrs. Of Relevant Electrical Troubleshooting Experience: 7 Years Education Standard: HS Diploma or GED and a Journeyman Card Education Type: Associates degree or technical degree preferred Familiar with Computerized Control Systems is a plus.

The role is day shift with work hours from 6 am to 2:30 pm, however the candidate must be flexible to work any shift. Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Mechanical Designer Job Summary:

• Produce, design, and document utilizing computer design and product life cycle management systems. • Create parts, assemblies, operational method sheets and as built schematics. • Document parts and bills of material. • Understand and adhere to design and drafting standard practices. • Work from oral or written engineering instructions, procedures, schematics, drawings, and sketches. • Provide support to factory. • Complete assignments and detect and correct own errors. Not responsible for supervising others. • Maintain competency level of computer aided graphic system and other applications through company-provided training and materials. • Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures. • Some travel may be required to various locations to support products or train other personnel. • Overtime may be required. • Work with minor independent judgment under close direction of senior staff. Work content and accuracy reviewed by engineers or senior department members. • Moderate mobility required acquiring necessary information from other areas or departments. Occasionally required to lift materials for support of supplier development, product prototype, or laboratory build and test.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a mechanical design related field. • Minimum 2 year degree in electrical or mechanical design from an accredited technical school. • Basic understanding of the principles of designing equipment, drafting and drawing standards while utilizing 3D computer-aided design/CAD. Must be able to apply CAD, drafting and design principles to assigned task. • Minimum two year hands on experience with • Pro-Engineer 3D solid modeling software required. • PTC Windchill experience preferred. • Experience with sheet metal design preferred. • Experience with AutoCAD 2013 software preferred. • Must be able to adjust to changing demands, priorities and objectives. • Must have good communication and interpersonal skills. • Related experience with HVAC, refrigeration systems or components preferred. • Must be customer driven and quality minded in performing all assigned duties. • Must be able to function in a technical engineering team environment. • Must have the ability to handle multiple, varied tasks simultaneously.
