Minimum qualifications to be considered for this great opportunity:
• High school diploma or equivalent GED from an accredited school • Mechanical aptitude • Experience in a high speed manufacturing enviroment as a machine helper or operator • Ability to work on rotating 12-hour shifts • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

To be considered for this role you must have Management/Supervisor experience in an Automotive setting. Salary: $40k to $60k plus bonus and benefits Looking for someone who wants to stick out, be the face of the company, and has a lot of energy and is willing to get their hands dirty along with mentor and lead a store. Moreover, he or she is responsible for interviewing and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, and addressing and resolving complaints and problems. * Opens and closes the service center in a timely and dependable manner. * Reconciles cash drawer, sales slips and credit card charges. * Orders, receives and inventories oil, automotive accessories and parts. * Performs all major automotive services. * Conducts final inspections and verifications of vehicles in the service center. * Enforce policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records in a secure, confidential manner. * Required experience: Automotive and Management/Supervisory/ Lead: 2+ years
