■ About This Page The Resource Management Cost Account (RMCA) funds DNR’s Land Management activities on state grant lands. DNR deposits a portion of the revenue it generates from these lands into the account, and the Legislature appropriates funds from the account to DNR for expenditures. The RMCA can be used only for land management expenses (e.g., reforestation, preparing timber sales, or managing aquatic leases) that support federally granted state lands.
