Your wedding breakfast or function We can offer anything from a sit down meal to a barbecue, hog roast or gala buffet. We take bookings from 20 to 60 sit down, and buffets from 30 to 120. Special dietary requirements can be catered for and extra covers can be arranged for larger bookings, depending on the event. Here are some options to choose from, prices will be discussed on appointment: • • • •

Choose two options for each course, prices start from £21.95 per person. Buffets from £8.00 per person.
For weddings and functions involving a three-course meal of over 50 people and an evening buffet, a non-refundable deposit of £500 is required at the time of booking.

Terms and Conditions Confirmation All bookings are considered provisional until the client has signed an Agreement or confirmation has been received on headed notepaper agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. Once the Agreement is signed, both parties will agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement. If the Agreement or written confirmation is not returned to the Fox & Hounds within 10 working days the Fox & Hounds is within its right to release the provisional reservation.

Final payments are to be made two weeks to the day before the event. Bar tabs are to be paid on the day and if left any longer than 24 hours after the event will incur an interest increase of 10%.
