1. The metal mesh indeterminate structure used to enclose the two theater spaces shall be composed of structural steel piping connected using steel fasters to create a flexible look, with a rigid organic form. 2. The structure shall be supported by heavy structural columns that extend from the top of the structural concrete footings to the bottom of the second floor plate. 3. These structural columns will support the second floor plate, of which will support the sloped orchestra seating, stage area, and backstage areas. 3. The metal mesh structure will be composed of two parts; the bottom aesthetic mesh used to hide structure and HVAC, and the top structural mesh, which will be used to enclose and support the two theater spaces. 4. All HVAC and structural support for the theater spaces shall be located beneath the second floor plate, extending from the basement. 5. The Under-Floor Air Distribution (UFAD) HVAC system shall located beneath the second floor plate in the pressurized plenum space. 6. The theater spaces shall be sealed for aesthetic and HVAC purposes with rigid insulation and spray in acoustical plaster. 7. The outside of the theater shell shall be covered in 1" translucent acrylic Plexiglass panels that shall be cut using 3D mapping software to ensure shapes are exactly as specified. 8. The acrylic plexiglass panels shall be fastened directly to indeterminate steel mesh piping. using specified bolts, nuts, pins, and fasteners. 9. The exterior mesh shall have led backlighting located beneath exterior acrylic panels
