We used Tom Tezak as our buying agent at the end of 2020 into early 2021. We were moving from California to Maui and only had a week window to visit the island to see properties We were interested in moving to South Maui and were recommended Tom because of his expertise and good connections in the area Tom was really great Our move date got pushed back a few times and Tom was never pushy but would kindly check in every so often to see if he could help with anything We told Tom what we were looking for and what our budget was, and he narrowed us into a few neighborhoods that were spot on Unfortunately, when we finally had our week to visit and look at houses, there were no houses for sale in those neighborhoods We still viewed many houses that fit our requirements but none of them excited us Before we left, Tom used one of his connections to view a house that wasn't planned to be listed for many more months and we were able to strike a deal. Most of the purchase was done remotely from the mainland but Tom made everything very easy and smooth, and we had no issues closing We highly recommend him!
