9 KAIAPOI ISLAND MOTORBIKE
FUN DAY
8am – 4pm - Kaiapoi Island Trail Bike Hub, Waimakariri River Regional Park. Environment Canterbury have teamed up with the Christchurch Off Road Motorcycle Club to bring you a fun day out at their trail bike hub on the northern banks of the Waimakariri River. Free event.

DAY OUT!
9am – 3pm – Oxford A&P Showgrounds Visit Oxford and enjoy a fun family day out. Try out NZ’s longest bouncy castle and wonky bikes, pat the animals in the farmyard, browse amazing crafts and relax with a delicious lunch or coffee at the great range of food stalls. Adults $10 Children $5.

3pm – 6pm - Murphy Park, Kaiapoi School aged children will love the inflatable obstacle course, fun zone, and relay areas. There will be Mr Whippy, donuts, sausage sizzles and drinks available to purchase, too. $5 per child.
21-22 RANGIORA A&P SHOW
9am – 5pm – Rangiora Showgrounds Experience a great family day out with lots to see and do , with a wide range of traditional A&P classes, sideshows and rides, farmyards, an abundance of food, craft and trade stalls, bar, band and so much more. Tickets at the gate. $15 Adult, $5 Child (ages 5-15 yrs) and $35 for a Family Pass.
27 HOMECOMING CONCERT
7.30pm – 9.30pm – Chamber Gallery, Rangiora Library A century after the original tour, Hammers & Horsehair duo Douglas Mews (piano) and Robert Ibell (cello) join forces with well-known Wellington soprano Rowena Simpson to reimagine Rosina Buckman’s homecoming. $35 Adults, $15 Students.

The North Course brings together food lovers from across the region to taste and rate the most delectable food and drink North Canterbury has to offer. From October 1st-31st, North Canterbury hospitality establishments will work with local producers to create a dish using North Canterbury products and ingredients.
