About 175 people attended BERGEN’s Women’s Health & Wellness Day program at Edgewood Country Club in River Vale.

BERGEN magazine hosted its inaugural Women’s Health & Wellness Day event in November at Edgewood Country Club in River Vale. The program was presented by Valley Health and Bergen New Bridge Medical Center and featured seminars on breast cancer awareness and behavioral and physical health. After a healthy lunch prepared by the country club, guests engaged in a panel discussion with leaders from Valley Health and Bergen New Bridge Medial Center. BERGEN editor in chief Rita Guarna led the interactive discussion. Proceeds from the event, including door prizes and a silent auction, supported four area nonprofits: Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation, Spring Lake Toys Foundation, Table to Table and Bergen Volunteer Medical Initiative.
