FRIENDS AND FAMILY CPR

This program was developed to instruct parents, grandparents, babysitters and nursery school personnel on prompt care for a choking infant or child along with CPR skills. Additionally, the course provides instruction on child safety and childproofing the home.

YOGA FOR ADDICTION RECOVERY AND OVERCOMING EATING DISORDERS

Yoga has many mind and body benefits that can aid in recovery from a substance use disorder, such as alcoholism or drug addiction, and in overcoming an eating disorder. The practice can stabilize your mood, help you relax and manage anxiety, allow you to reconnect with your body, increase self-control and coping skills, explore selfcompassion and acceptance and even improve insomnia.

FRESH START SMOKING CESSATION

This four-session program is available to help you to quit smoking. The decision to quit smoking is a fresh start to a new life. The sessions will teach you how to stop and how to stay stopped, how to cope with urges and withdrawal, medication options and many other tools to help you quit.

PREPARATION FOR BREASTFEEDING

This is a virtual class that provides mothers-to-be and their partners the opportunity to learn more about the art and science of breastfeeding. Although breastfeeding is a natural process, it is not instinctive. This onenight class will provide information and support needed for a positive nursing experience.

BREASTFEEDING CLASS

This course will teach you the basics of breastfeeding, provide answers to your questions and prepare you for breastfeeding. It’s ideal for women who are about eight months pregnant.

HEALTHY FUTURES

Bring your kids (between ages 8 and 18) to learn about a healthy diet in this 12-week program. Topics include coping with social pressures, self-esteem and emotional and social eating.

MARVELOUS MULTIPLES

This prenatal program is for parents who are expecting more than one baby. It is specialized in that it will provide information not covered in standard prenatal classes.

THE HAPPIEST BABY ON THE BLOCK

Learn the techniques of Dr. Harvey Karp, a world-renowned pediatrician, in this two-hour class. You’ll discover how to soothe a fussy infant and how to help him or her sleep longer—plus you'll get a Happiest Baby on the Block DVD and a Soothing Sounds CD to take home.

FAMILY AND FRIENDS CPR

The Family and Friends® CPR class is for family members who want to learn rescue skills for loved ones. This course is perfect for new and expectant parents, grandparents, relatives and seniors. These classes present information and teach the skills for adult, child and/or infant CPR and first aid for choking for all ages.

Clinicians work collaboratively with the adolescent population to assist teens in honestly weighing the potential costs of vaping.
