Kaitlin & Brandon

GLACIER NATIONAL PARK, MT

ENGAGED: NOVEMBER 2021

MARRIED: AUGUST 2022

HowTheyMet:

We met on the dating app Hinge! One of my friends was using Hinge and saw Brandon on the app. She told me she saw the perfect man for me on Hinge and told me to sign up. I did, and we matched right away. After two weeks of dating, I knew I was going to marry him.

TheirFavoriteThingsAboutEachOther:

Brandon says his favorite thing about me is my kindness, and my favorite thing about Brandon is his sense of humor. We both really love and value our friendship. We have so much fun together!

TheirPerfectDate:

We love going out to eat, and then grabbing ice cream after!

TheProposal:

Brandon proposed at Letchworth State Park by one of the lower waterfalls. It was so romantic and special! I knew a proposal was coming, but Brandon still found a way to surprise me.

TheVenue:

We knew wanted to get married in the mountains with our closest friends and family—and that’s what we did. We had 25 guests total and got married at Glacier National Park in Montana. It was so magical, and the scenery was absolutely stunning. Brandon and I both love hiking and being outdoors, so all of our guests joined us for hiking and white water rafting in the park the day before our wedding. We are so blessed to have friends and family who will adventure with us!

TheDress:

My dress was an A-line gown with a subtle train. The dress had spaghetti straps and beautiful lace details from top to bottom. I loved the champagne underlayer that gave it a nice warm finish. I purposely bought a lighter dress so that we could hike across Glacier Park for photos!

TheFirstDance:

We chose the song “Dancing,” by Elevation Worship. We chose it because the lyrics of the song talk about dancing through all stages of life together, and that’s exactly what we plan on doing!

PurchasingTheirRings:

Our experience at Mann’s Jewelers was fantastic. We worked with MaryLou who was so personable and really took her time. Coming into Mann’s we weren’t exactly sure what style we wanted, so it was great to be able to try on many different styles of rings and get creative in the process. MaryLou also took the time to get to know us as a couple, and we really enjoy stopping in and catching up when we can!
