LAKE SUSAN, FL MAY 10 TH , 2010 CAMERA: NIKON D3 LENS: NIKKOR 300MM ANGLE: CHASE BOAT

Danny Harf is a name that will be etched into the wakeboarding history books. A legend in the making, if not already made, Harf has proven himself time and time again with contests winnings, video sections, photo shoots, sponsorship endorsements, and magazine editorial coverage. Add this photo to his resume of growing cover shots, it’s pretty obvious

Erik Ruck LAKE HART, FL

Can you believe this photo wasn’t applicable for print because the age of the Sea-Doo wasn’t “new?” How lame is that? You could argue that driver Jimmy LaRiche’s flannel wasn’t ironed either. Lucky for you, this photo fits nicely on the digital pages of Wake

Journal. As the saying goes, “One man’s trash is another man’s treasure.” Or how another saying goes, “Did anybody notice Ruck’s dirty press back there?”

Lake Whippoorwill NARCOOSSEE, FL

Whether you’re a fisherman, a wakeboarder, or simply a homeowner on the lake, anybody can appreciate a morning scene like this. If not, go watch some more Twilight.

Chad Sharpe LAKE HIAWASSEE, FL

A long winter makes you itchy to ride. With the sunshine brightly overhead, it’s sometimes just the motivation needed to bear the cold. Chad Sharpe breaks up the winter boredom with some makeshift fun by attaching a corrugated pipe to his floating dock. Aka, a fun day on an otherwise cold and boring one. Check out the video here.

Rise and Shine, Clear Lake ORLANDO, FL

There is a guilty joy in ripping across Clear Lake first thing in the morning. The roar of the boat engine waking up the hood makes you feel like the first one out. But then again considering the location, you’re never really the first ones out.

Cypress Gardens Dock LAKE ELOISE, FL

The expired Cypress Gardens boat slips have seen better days. No longer in business, the once popular Florida theme park saw thousands of daily visitors. These days, the only signs of a garden are the flowers printed on some boardshorts of the visitors jibbing the dock. 27

Whack. If only you could hear it. Shane knows the sound. Just hope it’s the wake and not your knee. Watch the video here.
