Emotional Aspects
• Creating public and private spaces based on specific facilities within the building
• Using the sea salt which is the main product in the dead sea as a material in our landscaping.
• Use solar panels in our project to reduce the project costs. (heating water/generate electricity) • To put ramps with stairs to let the handicaps friendly design enjoy in our project

• Workshops for the dead sea products as a commercial way to the project (to generate income) • Educational department • Pleasure and relaxing aspects (courses/transferable skills) • Creating a getaway • Since deas sea is a unique experience in indoor and outdoor sea, creating a unique experience spaces (for the design) for visitors is a must, such as salt • Hot water swimming pools/ spa, yoga with on salt saltwater swimming pools / normal swimming pools • Consider the view of the sea • Experiences in our project to increase the Domestic Tourism • Drop off and take-off area to let the tourists travel to the landmarks near to our project • A full facilities department specialized for handicaps friendly design • A separated kids area • Historical outdoor/indoor Gallery • Pet house department • Indoor garden room

7. Project Statement • The project aim is to take a person by hand and lead them into path of natural paradox sinking and floating in the dead sea by creating unique different adventure inside out. • Starting out of dead sea characteristics and the contrast between what nature do and what you will feel in contrast of the logic and mind. • The scenario created by the path will fire up all 5 senses, in observation of nature paradox
