reparing for your Selection Appointment...please read carefully before your appointment. At Walden’s, we match specific products to each of our styles allowing for a perfect fit. This is why we separate sessions for our Relationship black and white portraiture, Color Studies and Beau Visage paintings. By doing this, we know that every piece is custom matched to that art form and you will have the outcome you expect. All Beau Visage pieces go through an intense creative process involving both Tim and Bev. They are sold in five wall sizes, hand-printed by Tim on archival canvas and mounted onto archival art masonite that is acid free. The Beau Visage paintings are only available for purchase at your INITIAL Selection Appointment, so make sure to bring anyone with you that will a part of your purchasing decision. If this person cannot make the initial appointment with you, we suggest you call the studio to reschedule. Artist Print Set... For those wanting additional images of the painting, we offer a set of three limited edition custom art prints. Once these are ordered, the image is fully retired. Printed on the finest archival papers, these 11x14 prints are hand-signed and delivered in a portfolio with a parchment protective cover over each. White gloves are included for careful handling. delete Note: These are perfect forIS sharing with grandparents as well as one for the subject. Although the painting is the main outcome of a Beau Visage appointment, we do offer photographic prints of the other images taken during the session (not the painting).

May we suggest... The idea of the Suggestions originated with our landscaper nearly 20 years ago. He came to our house (which needed a lot of work at the time), measured, chatted and then returned with a “Suggestion” of what he thought would be perfect for us (see above drawing). It was and is still perfect, even after all this time. And it helped us avoid confusion and frustration! For your Selection Appointment, we will have our favorite image from the session partially painted so that you can get an idea of what the finished painting will look like. Although the painting is near completion, it is not complete until Bev puts the finishing touches on it and hand-glazes it once you approve the selection. You will certainly be making the final decisions, but we know it is helpful to have the “artist’s” point of view to cut through the clutter. This is especially true when you do a Beau Visage session with us.
