25 NEWS LETTER

INTERNAL MAGAZINE Paul J. Meyer said once « Communication - the human connection is the key to personal and career success ». and we in Aiesec in Constantine , need communication more than anyone else to reach out to our goals , realize our projects and make that great success . The 25 Newsletter is our tool of communication with our internal publics, whether they are responsible or just members; because the information published is important for both of them evenly. The 25 Newsletter is AIESEC in Constantine internal magazine, with the frequency of publishing once every month. It was created for several reasons. The most important one is the lack of official internal communication, this issue will be solved with that newsletter, which will provide information about LCs and departments, with more details like current projects and strategies.., and give the chance to new and old members to exchange knowledge and experiences in Aiesec, and make sure that they stay informed or up to date, and motivated to be a member. For the content of that first number, it’s going to be general information about AIESEC in Constantine, its department and projects, also its leaders. But for the next months, we plan on having articles about members, and there common questions about AIESEC, our LC, its projects and goals; and different information the intern public needs to have.

Department's Program in March this month we are going to work mainly on the global citizen project, starting with the promotion and EPs recruitment .

Project management

is the application of knowledge, skills and techniques to execute projects effectively and efficiently It’s a strategic competency for organizations, enabling them to tie project results to business goals and thus, better compete in their markets. Project management knowledge draws on ten areas: Integration, Cost, Human resources, Stakeholder management, Scope, Quality, Communications, Time, Procurement, Risk management. All management is concerned with these, of course. But projec management brings a uniquefocus shaped by the goals, resources and schedule of each project. The department has three teams; the first is responsible of initiation like doing the brain storming and starting the project after planning for it. The second is execution, which works on executing the project. And last but not least, the quality team. Its members work on monitoring the projects during and after the execution, and also following up with feedback.

interview

LCP OF AIESEC IN CONSTANTINE

For this year we have an amazing Leader for AIESEC, this talented aisecer always dreamed big, and insisted on making of his youth years a great experience. Today and for our first number of the AIESEC in Constantine internal magazine “25 NEWSLETTER”, we had the chance to interview our great leader, mister Zakaria Benchikha. - the interview started with asking mister Benchikha, to present himself; because most of aiesecers specially newbies don’t know him. He answered the question by telling he’s complete name, and added “but all my friends call me Zaki”. - then he said that his age was 30, and soon exactly on April,22 will turn 31.then he smiled and added “yes I’am old”. For his professional career, Zaki said “I am mechanical engineer (energy option) and currently I held the position of design engineer in a national company for over 5 years’, a life of such a leader can’t be less interesting. The second question was about his strengths and weaknesses. he answered : « well I don't know how to say that, because sometimes what is a strength for someone can be a weakness for others ; so I would say strong personality, and fighting spirit. well , I am a determined person also. And one day an AIESECer said to me "motivated and motivating" , so I hope! ». For the second part of that question, which was about weaknesses, zaki described himself as stubborn, meticulous and a little hard.

* What motivates Zaki ? - zaki : what motivates me the most in my life, is my family and my friends , In my job i find motivation in trying things that are close to perfection, and in AIESEC is to be able to help those in need while developing myself at the same time

* how did you start working with AIESEC? - zaki answered: “The experiment began in 2011, when my friend and our first LCP MALIK CHAOUI ; told us about AIESEC and everything you can do, and learn if we open our LC”. And added , The idea pleased me a lot especially the exchange. and to be honest, for me it was like a travel agency and (you can laugh), but since we created AIESEC in Constantine I didn't go for

exchange -unluckily-but I have traveled a lot!. - We started the process with the creation of the association, and having the legal status through the authorities, and then convinced the MC and the international AIESEC that we are worthy to bear the name AIESEC and we did it ! I started as a member, trying to know the maximum of AIESEC then I became LCVP TM and currently I am the LCP of 14-15 term * What did it bring to your life ? - Many things, AIESEC made me more confident, I developed my public speaking, also the number of people I know has expanded and knows no limit today. As a result of being an AIESECER , no matter where I want to go in the world, I’m always welcomed with good hospitality. But The most important thing AIESEC gave me, and still gives me is developing my skills as a leader! * Why did you choose AIESEC ? - I replied in How did I start AIESEC ! * And now ‌ how you handle it ? By always being there, to ensure that the work is done in the best conditions, and manage all the departments and ensure synergy between them ... which is my duty and one of my responsibilities. And believe me it's not an easy thing to do, but I find great pleasure doing it. And what encourages me the most is my team, who I would like to thank for their enormous efforts, to make a positive impact in society and in themselves also. I think what keeps me going, is my devotion to Aiesec, my Aiesec friends but also the fact of finding new members always very motivated, then it is my duty to be here for them. * Academic life? expectation when I was child I remember when I was a child I always wanted to be an astronaut or an airline pilot (and this was the beginning of my passion for traveling ), so I studied while keeping this vision in mind! Unfortunately I did not become an astronaut but I followed all the steps to achieve it so I made a science graduate (to please my parents because they wanted me to be a doctor), but for university studies ,I choose technical field which was

what I liked the most as a branch of study I do not deny that I've gotten a lot of absences in the university, because I worked sometimes in the night and sometimes in the morning . And my greatest achievement during my university years is being able to study and work simultaneously. Once I had the chance to choose the field of studies I want, I chose what I liked the most, and it was to be a mechanical engineer and specialize in the energy sector (oil industry, gas, renewable energies ...) * Hobbies I'm a big greedy although you can't see that in me. An addict of travel and discoveries A great passion for fishing The sport I love is to practice basketball and football behind the TV passionate about strong experiences, I had the chance to try parachutes; but i wish I can experience the bungee jumping. * In 5 to 10 years In my personal life, I would say married to the person I love and have 2 childs. - In professional life, break into professional field of gas transport, I’m considering starting my own business. * Tell Something for the aiesecers

I have a lot to say but I will try to summarize, I'm really happy and excited to have a team so motivated as you in our LC, because I know now that there is a great team or if I could say the best team, that will give the best of themselves and the best for our society. So always keep that motivation and positive thinking...
