Steel Days is excited to announce the fourth annual Smoke & Steel Cookoff! This year the cookoff will be part of the Steak Championship Series and will be held on Saturday, July 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Art Dye Park (1000 N. 550 E.). Each team will be assigned a 10x15 foot space. We invite all levels to participate and experience a fun day. All registrants must be a minimum of 13 years old and may register for 1 entry per category only. Traeger will be onsite giving out samples, and BBQ Pit Stop will be doing live wing, steak, and tri-tip cooking demonstrations and sampling for the general public.

EVENT TIMELINE

• 10:00 a.m.: Cooks Meeting Steak selection A & B • 11:00 a.m.: Judges meeting • 12:00-12:15 p.m.: Anything Pork turn-in • 1:00-1:15 p.m.: Dessert turn-in • 2:00-2:30 p.m.: Steak A turn-in • 3:30-4:00 p.m.: Steak B turn-in • 5:00 p.m.: Awards
