What is the process when a

1. Step by step instructions on how Bluetooth access will be rolled out across 4 Parramatta Square.

The card creation process does not change from how physical cards are rolled out, with the exception that an email address must be supplied for each user in order to issue the mobile access key.

PNSW will supply Walker with a spreadsheet of users requiring mobile access. This spreadsheet should include their name as entered into the access control system and their email address.

Walker will return the list with the mobile access card numbers for each user. These numbers would then need to be entered back into the tenancy system.

2. How does the base building access control operate ? Who manages this?

The Parramatta Square onsite guards manage the base building access control. They are responsible for programming cards and monitoring the system. Each new card, both physical and or mobile are entered into the system in the first instance by the guards, who then forward the card details to PNSW for entry into the tenant access control system. This process is in place today, it is much the same for the digital keys, the only difference is that an email address will be required for digital keys. JCI manages the access control hardware and more technical programming issues if they arise.
