Facing challenges is nothing new at StreetSide Developments. Even during the pandemic-induced lockdowns and the slow economy prevailing in Calgary, this award-winning builder has always come through for its customers.

For over 70 years StreetSide, combined with Qualico, have traversed Calgary’s sometimes rough and unpredictable market with their laser focus on customer care and by offering a wide and varied range of condos and townhomes to suit all styles and budgets. And just this Summer they introduced Harmony Park, StreetSide’s highly anticipated no-condo-fee executive townhomes in the award-winning lakeside community of Harmony.

In addition to developing a vast array of homes, StreetSide has bundled all of their rich history of building expertise and value into a program called StreetSide Certified that will allow new home buyers to realize the full potential of homeownership!

Max Conrad, Marketing Manager at StreetSide Developments, says they launched the StreetSide Certified Program to showcase how we offer the best value in the market.

“Our StreetSide Certified Program encompasses all of the value StreetSide offers our homeowners,” he says. “From the development and construction process to our after-sales support, StreetSide Certified provides potential homeowners so much more than other multi-family builders simply don’t or can’t offer.”

The program itself is a onestop-shop for information on StreetSide and their processes - it is designed to guide homeowners with the information that matters most to them without wading through pages and pages of collateral.

The StreetSide Certified Program has three core components: StreetSide Built, StreetSide Edge, and StreetSide Home.

StreetSide Built includes items such as the design and construction process, sound attenuation, and interior finishes. It involves gaining a clear understanding of the market, ensuring all of the plans and permits are in place and constructing the home to StreetSide Developments’ exacting standards.

StreetSide Edge involves completing a thorough analysis of design and building components, and using Qualico’s vast experience and vertical integration to ensure customers are getting the best price possible in the Calgary marketplace. As well, StreetSide Edge assists with selling your existing home and offers a referral program combined with the new Qualico4Life program .

StreetSide Home includes things like warranties, condo fees, a Move-In Concierge program through Virtuo, and partnerships with Telus and Shaw for TV/ internet packages.
