FINALISTS ANNOUNCED
The Building Industry Land Development Alberta Association (BILD Alberta) is pleased to announce the 96 finalists of the 2021 BILD Alberta Awards presented by Alberta New Home Warranty Program Group of Companies.
This year, 267 entries were submitted from across Alberta to compete for the best in new home design, professional renovation and community development. The Edmonton region has 46 finalists, followed by the Calgary region at 41. Lethbridge has six finalists and Central Alberta has three in the running for provincial awards. Edmonton’s City Homes is among the builders with the most nominations with seven, Brookfield Residential has a total of seven as well combining their Edmonton and Calgary developments.
The Awards feature 32 individual categories along with the prestigious Pinnacle Awards. The Pinnacle Awards will be presented to the highest scoring developer, renovator, and home builders (small, medium and large volume) for their demonstration of leadership in design, safety, association involvement, community service and customer satisfaction.
“Over the past year, we have seen that homeownership remains a priority for Albertans and our members continue to strive to provide a variety of new home designs and professional renovations in desirable neighbourhoods across the province. BILD Alberta is excited to recognize the best residential construction industry professionals in the region,” said BILD Alberta Executive Director Scott Fash.
Once again, more than 100 judges determined this year’s finalists and winners. The award winners will be announced during a live stream presentation on Thursday, September 23, 2021.
BILD Alberta is the unified voice for the land development, home building and renovation industry in the province. It represents over 1,600 business members from nine constituent associations committed to building communities throughout Alberta.
