Introducing: Cantiro’s Life collection
CANTIRO
INTRODUCING: CANTIRO’S LIFE COLLECTION
by PEPPER RODRIGUEZ
If last year’s lockdowns taught us anything, it’s that it is better to be stuck in a home that we love and supports how we move through our daily lives. Cantiro Homes is responding to this demand with the launch of its Life Collection homes that answers specific lifestyle needs of homebuyers.
The Life Collection launched on June 17 introduces to Edmonton and area a series of 21 new single-family home models. Every home in the series was designed from the ground up, targeting three different segments of families in mind, says Cantiro General Manager of Marketing and Innovations, Heather Jeffares.
She says the models in the Life Collection are divided into three segments, each answering a particular need in the market. These are the Family Series, the Career Series, and the Entertain Series. “The functionality of every square inch of the home has been rethought and designed to support how each family lives to make their lives amazing,” she tells Edmonton New Home + Condo Guide.
The Family Series is designed around simplifying family life and allowing members more time to spend with loved ones; the Career Series are for the families that are looking to strike the right balance between work life and home life; while the Entertain Series functions for those that love to host and create memorable experiences for their guests.
Jeffares explains that each series adheres to a list of special features that enhance the values of each family segment. “For example, the Career
Series focuses on work life balance. Extra attention is given to allow for flexible spaces that can be used as work stations or home offices, and the ensuite is decked out to include a free-standing soaker tub, oversized tiled shower, dual sinks and a built-in vanity to reward yourself after a long day. Nuances are also included within the models of each series to further address specific needs in each family segment.”
Cantiro has even found a way for buyers to find out which Life Collection home fits their need through an online quiz. “We created an online quiz to help guide customers to find the home that best suits their values and how they live. Through the quiz they can figure out which series best matches their needs and which models best supports their unique lifestyle,” Jeffares says.
The first to be introduced in the Life Collection is their two new single family show homes in the Hills at Charlesworth community in southeast Edmonton.
The Family Generations and Entertain Elevate models from the Life Collection are now open, with two more opening later this summer: Entertain Park View and Career Park View. All four are envisioned to give buyers a taste of what the Life Collection can offer.
“Park View homes is also part of the Life Collection, but includes unique features including three- levels of finished living space, floor-to-ceiling windows on all levels, an expansive outdoor lounge, and faces greenspace in the Hills at Charlesworth,” Jeffares says.
Cantiro’s online followers already got a taste of this during the June 17 online event to launch the collection. “The live forum allowed our viewers to ask question as the tour is happening. For anyone who missed out, we will be creating a series of videos that tell the story of Life Collection and highlight what makes it unique from several different perspectives,” she adds. Every home in the Life Collection are single-family models with attached garage. There will be 21 in total. The Park View homes range from 1,752 to 1,981 square-feet. The rest of the Life Collection homes will be in the 1,533 to 2,458-square-foot range.
The launch of the Life Collection comes almost a year after the homebuilder’s various divisions were gathered under the unified Cantiro banner as they continue to forge new paths for innovative, cutting-edge home designs.
“The Life Collection has been in the works for over a year and includes experiences, expertise and perspectives from a dedicated team of architects, designers, construction experts, procurement managers, and sales and marketing,” Jeffares says.
