WHAT’S HAPPENING The countdown to spring is officially on! As we bid farewell to colder temperatures, we welcome warmer days and the season of sprucing things up for our homes. The best way to get started on a home project is by getting inspired, and the Edmonton Home and Garden show is the perfect place to do just that. Check it out from March 24-27 at the Edmonton Expo Centre. Sad to say goodbye to the snowy season? Then you won’t want to miss the final days of an All-Canadian Winter taking place at UofA Botanic Garden until March 13th. This family-friendly event gives guests a chance to stroll through a beautiful winter garden and enjoy a variety of activities – like snowshoeing and kicksledding; or enjoy sweet treats like cabane a sucre (maple taffy), hot chocolate and s’mores.
