Wallace Design Collective has extensive experience with a wide array of structural investigations. We provide services to analyze existing damage and design necessary repairs to strengthen deteriorating systems.
Our team has been involved in multiple large-scale national and regional investigation programs. Many of these programs involved facilities that were in-use, requiring a sensitive approach that allowed them to remain open while repairs were made discretely and efficiently.

Wallace was asked to investigate deteriorating concrete floors at more than 1,700 service centers located across the United States. Deterioration was caused by a number of factors including repeated exposure to salts, daily washing of the structure, age of the structure, and construction deviations.
Repairs were prioritized based on a rating system developed to proactively address severe situations before injuries occurred. Many of the repairs were completed with minimal disruption to the operation of the service center.
