MEET THE COACHING STAFF Head Coach Randy Daniel, 256-352-8351, randy.daniel@wallacestate.edu

Lions’ head coach Randy Daniel enters his 13th season at Wallace State with a 437-98 record, making him the all-time winningest coach in program history. Under his leadership, the Lions have won ten consecutive Alabama Community College Conference (ACCC)/Region 22 tournament titles and 11 straight ACCC regular-season championships. He Season Records 2007 – 24-12 has coached nine ACCC Players of the Year, nine ACCC 2008 – 42-6 Tournament MVPs, one 1st-team NJCAA All-American, 2009 – 34-6 three 2nd-team NJCAA All-Americans, seven NJCAA 2010 – 53-3 Honorable Mention All-Americans and 63 All-Region play2011 – 42-5 ers. His players are equally successful in the classroom. 2012 – 33-8 During the 2018-2019 academic year, the team earned NJCAA All-Academic 2013 – 30-17 team honorable mention honors with a conference-best 3.55 GPA. 2014 – 35-10 2015 – 39-8

Prior to joining Wallace State, Coach Daniel coached at Winston County High 2016 – 38-4 School where he won a state championship in 2001 and finished runner-up in 2017 – 34-10 2018 – 33-9 2003. His former players currently hold numerous ACCC and AHSAA statistical records. Coach Daniel has a B.S. degree in comprehensive science from The University of Alabama and a master’s degree in education from Montana State University. In addition to coaching the Lions, he teaches geology for Wallace State.

Assistant Coach Kheala Beck

Kheala Beck returns as assistant coach for Wallace State volleyball. Beck, formerly Kheala Roberts, played at Wallace State during the 2014-15 seasons for Coach Randy Daniel. Beck was a part of 74 wins and two ACCC championships during her Wallace State career, including her sophomore season when she was named an All-ACCC/Region 22 first-team selection and made the ACCC All-Tournament team. Beck transferred to Auburn Montgomery after her Wallace State career where she started two seasons for the Warhawks. She is a Danville native.
