METHODS OF SALE As the market is moving very fast, it is hard to get an accurate value on what your home is worth. What I do know is that with an organized marketing strategy I will find the highest price that the market is prepared to pay.

SUGGESTED LISTING METHOD: TENDER OR AUCTION ESTIMATED SALE RANGE: $500,000 - $900,000 While I can never be certain as to how much your property may sell for, my appraisal is based on our knowledge of current market conditions, recent sales of similar properties, and properties similar to yours currently on the market that are likely to compete for buyers’ interest. In determining the current market value of your property, I have considered the location, house and land size, condition, improvements and current market, comparing your home with recent sales and/or comparable properties currently on the market. The sale of your property is a matter of great importance to the Wallace & Stratton team. MY PROFESSIONAL FEES We have some of the best fees in the business. Our professional fees are only payable when a sale is effected.
