Customers arrive – in style, of course – in one of its fleet of bespoke BMW 7 series at Heathrow VIP’s own private terminal, totally separate from the main terminals of the airport, minimising travel and check-in time and offering a completely new level of privacy. Heathrow VIP private lounges are for its guests and travelling companions only; no sharing with other travellers. A dedicated private security area and in-suite immigration and passport control ensures there are no queues at Heathrow VIP. While guests relax in their own private suite, the Heathrow VIP team takes care of everything: unlimited food created just for Heathrow VIP by Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton, and drinks made to order, all designed for every dietary need. When it is time to depart the private lounge, a chauffeur service is ready to take Heathrow VIP guests to the steps of the plane. For guests arriving at Heathrow, rather than departing, a BMW will collect them from the steps of the plane and take them to the lounge. This private chauffeur is also available for any onward journey in the UK. Additional services include personal shopping and VAT reclaims carried out in-suite at a time to suit guests.
