The Former Husband Daniel F. Walsh (appellant), respectfully moves the court for
an order allowing to expedite this appeal pursuant to rule 9.300, Florida Rules Of Appellate Procedure. In support of this motion appellant states this appeal requires expedited consideration on the following grounds: 1)
The Former Husband lacks the sufficient funds to medically evaluate the
chances of rectifying his detached retina in his left eye which is now blind. For the past month or so the appellants good eye has been experiencing periods of blurred vision followed by severe headaches. Due to this debilitating condition the Former Husband was forced to drop his classes this semester as a senior at
the University of West Florida. The college has been aware of Former Husbands detached retina for some time. Now that the good eye has become
