The number of active listings in Arcadia was unchanged at 42 at both the start and end of December, but this is up 91% compared to January 1, 2022. However, supply remains low by long-term standards. Closed sales came in at 6, well down from 25 in December 2021 and the lowest total for December since 2009. Although the sample size of closed sales is low, there were few signs of price weakness in Arcadia, during December and the twelve-month average has grown 25% from $561 to $703 over the last 12 months. The six-month moving average rose 21% from $606 to $734, while the more volatile three-month moving average increased 21% from $591 to $715.
